Everyone was so kind and patient with me as I worked through insurance claim process. I will definitely be back for future needs and would highly recommend this particular shop (Grand Prairie, TX) to others. First impression is big for me and they nailed it from start to finish. I would not recommend anyone using this place. I asked my insurance company to drop them they are so bad. I got a completion date of Mon. Sept 30th. On Thur. Sept 26th I received a text saying vehicle won't be ready need 3-4 more days. We get to next week I don't hear anything, by the way I was getting a text EVERY WEEK my vehicle was on target to be completed by Sept 30th until I rcvd text on Sept 26. I called the shop, manager Daniel tells me the guy working on my vehicle is having issues with ANOTHER vehicle....what does that have to do with mine? Then I rcvd a text my vehicle will be ready on Oct. 9th. On Oct 9th I rcvd a text its going into painting. So AGAIN they lied. I have made arrangements twice for someone to take me to pick up my vehicle. Monday Oct 14th while I am at the fair I received a called at 3:50 my car is ready. I told them I am unable to pick it up and will call when I can. Well 47min later I rcvd a text stating I picked up my vehicle! LIES LIES LIES! I called asking why did I get that. They said the manager hit the button BY MISTAKE! No he did not he was trying to get a check from the insurance company. When I finally picked up my vehicle, a couple of days later, my hitch cover was missing. Then manager tried to tell me it was NEVER on there and he has pic of my vehicle when it was dropped off! Well so do I! After I proved I was right and they were wrong, he said the Tech guy forgot to put it back on. However u called me a liar about my own vehicle! My 3rd seat was dirty bc of all the dust/and being on the ground while they fix my vehicle. This place is HORRIBLE!

Great customer service! Daniel was awesome. Headlight fixed and scratches from collision were gone! Best experience I've had with a collision repair shop. Would come back again!

They are liars, they do not check if the repairs are well done. When I picked up my car there was paint that had came off so I told them about it and they said the washed my car with the power washer and probably that how it came off. I left my car so they could fix the issue and when I went the next day to pick it up they said they couldn't fix it because apparently it was like that already and that supposedly they didn't use the power wash to clean my car but the hose so that's how I knew they were lying even though I showed them pictures of my car before it went into the shop.
