Omg!!! I absolutely love this location. They have so much variety and great pricing. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. They always go the extra mile to please the customer. Jared’s warranty is awesome and I’ve never had any issues. I highly recommend this location. They have a long time client for life :))

Horrible customer service, UPS is also a horrible vendor that Jared uses. They lost my engagement ring and I had to cancel all my plans and I lost so much money in other aspect of the proposal. I don’t recommend anyone to use their services.Customer service could not handle an upset customer and hung up in my face because I was inquiring information about the situation

I’m not blaming the store, but the overall experience.The e-commerce department is horrible as well. They didn’t even know that my Engagement ring was lostBut the frustration started with customer service.A customer service representative would not provide me with some information I was inquiring, and hung up in my face.Turns out the ring was lost by UPSWhich is also a horrible vendor that Jared uses. They lost my engagement ring and I had to cancel all my plans and I lost so much money in other aspect of the proposal. I don’t recommend anyone to use their services.

If I could give this place more stars I would!!! Beyond happy with my purchase and customer service I received there. Dalton,Rose and Barbara all had a huge part in helping me pick out the engagement for my girl friend which is now my fiance! She is totally in love with the ring we picked out and I do say we because all 3 of them helped through extremely hard choice! I was very indecisive and very hard to please and it took me a few weeks to finally make my choice and the customer service I received from Dalton,Rose and Barbara was just what I needed to make this very difficult and very important decision. They were patient very knowledgeable friendly and I did not feel pressured to buy anything at all they were very understanding that this was a very important decision and the ring I was looking for had to be perfect! I can keep writing much longer that’s how happy I am with my purchase and the customer I received there!!! And my fiancé is beyond happy and in love with the engagement ring they helped pick out. She was so happy when I got down on one knee and pulled out the Jared ring box and blown away with the quality diamond I got for her. They 100% have my business from now on. I would never go anywhere else! Shopping there feels like I’m talking to friends instead of employees just trying to sale me jewelry. I would recommend this store to anybody in need of high quality jewelry and great customer service. The picture I posted does not do justice to this beautiful ring. It looks 100% better in person the quality of the white gold and quality of the diamonds is more than what I could have hope for. Don’t make a mistake and go anywhere else!

Alejandra moved mountains. I had no idea what I wanted, only what I didn't want, and I had a budget to stay in. When nothing was "it" for me, she found THE ONE that checked every box: style, carat, metal, price. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to make my dreams come true and I cried happy tears more than once. She's warm, friendly, compassionate, and honestly I didn't feel like I was *buying jewelry*, I was spending time with a friend and having some fun and talking about margaritas and Buffalo Wild Wings while doing so! Furthermore, and possibly most importantly, she either meet or beat every promise she made. When she said she'd call by XYZ day, she did, when she said she would have things ready by a certain time, she did, when she quoted a price, that was the whole price with taxes and protection plans and everything. Alejandra is everything and more.

Barbara helped me pick out a wedding band for myself, and he was so full of ideas and so helpful. When I have too many choices its hard for me to decide what I want and she was very patient with me and helped us come up with something that I ended up loving a lot. She also recently helped me purchase some jewelry for other family members and was once again very patient and helpful. Helped me stay within my price range and made sure I was happy with my choice. My daughter left her engagement ring at the Arlington store. When she went to pick it up the store was closed for "technical difficulties". She was frantic and asked me to go get it the next day. We do not live near the store so I called to make sure they were open. All I got was a busy signal and beep.I called the Grand Prairie store to see if they had any information about what was going on. I spoke with Barbara. She didn't know but said she would try to find out. This lady was awesome. She found out the internet was down and said she would keep in touch with me when she knew they would reopen. She had a doctor's appt. the next day but made sure her assistant manager knew to contact me if they opened which he did. She also made plans with her supervisor to get the ring to their store if it was not open by Saturday. Talk about going above and beyond! We were not even her stores customers! We will definitely be from now on. A little out of the way but worth it to have customer service like that! Thank you Barbara. Jared's you have a wonderful Manager.
