We visit the store regularly. Great girls’ selection and friendly staff. We also noticed that the staff members didn’t change for the past couple of years, I respect businesses that maintain their employees!

We realized one of the items was stained and wanted to return it in our next visit; they didn't accept it. And very disrespectful. Janie and Jack is good but this store will not have my business any more.

The Chubby Latina women in the cashier is terrible she is not even greet us every time we walk in here not even assist us. She is always looking unhappy working there. Of all Janie and jack store this is the worst customer service of all. This is the 5th time she treated us that way and it feels very disrespectful. I hope they choose employees that is opposite to her.I love Janie and jack anyway very classy style.
