Went in on 12/23 around 5ish. Three crew members were literally watching me and none of them spoke. So I said “well hello, y’all all are staring at me and none of yall can’t speak?” One girl was like “oh I’m sorry”. They were not expecting that. Bloop. Customer service is DOWN. Do better.

Clean, organized store, and amazing customer service!! I was shopping for some work clothes, and Avery did an amazing job assisting me. He didn't hesitate to grab everything I needed, and he even picked out some outfits for me! Avery was honest, warm, and super knowledgable about the product. I just picked up a gift that I had ordered online. The corresponding email told me I could pick up curbside. When I arrived and called they told me they didn't have curbside; however, Bailey listened to me, realized my corresponding email had stated that and she was kind, and found away that an employee could bring it out to me. Thanks Bailey, that made all the difference. Customer service was great!

The two ladies that were working today is a prime example of what excellent customer service is! I was immediately greeted when I walked in, they talked about the sale that is currently going on and made sure I didn't leave without buying anything. I was very impressed and having a background in management, companies need to seek friendly and warm welcoming employees like the two ladies that were working today.
