I love the apartment. Been here already 2 years, the leasing agent, managers are awesome. The maintenance guys are awesome they take care of the service request super quick. Never had any complains. I love that you can go to the gym anytime you want. Thank you Indigo Pointe employees for the great service you provide me and everyone here at Indigo Pointe.

The fridge had rusty parts in it. Bird poop on the balcony so couldn't sit out there. Asked when I was going to get the rest of deposit back, haven't received anything from them.

Staff here is great! Jessica and Valerie are awesome. Move in was great because of their communication, patience and kindness. Maintenance is fast to respond and a great group. Very pleased with our move in experience and the property.

I absolutely Love Indigo Pointe Apartments!!! Indeed by far one of my most favorite Apartment Complex’s I’ve Ever Lived in! Office Management & Staff Provides Great & Diligent Service! Indigo Pointe Apartments has spacious and modern style apartments with updated Appliances and Fixtures! As well as indeed offers a range of Amenities from a Resource Center, Game Room, Fitness Center, Pool, Trash Services, Car Wash & Vacuum, Kids Playground, plenty of Parking for Residents, Guest with Pass, as well as Covered/Garage Parking, Landscaping, Gated Complex, Amazon Hub, & Maintenance Staff all are Great!!! And the List goes on, but if you’re looking for a Great. place to make your home in the Grand Prairie/Arlington area I highly recommend Indigo Pointe Apartments!!! Tell them Rico Sent You!!!

I want to write a review I’ve been a resident here for years and the office staff and management is doing a great job, professional When I have a problem, I go in they take care me the right away they take care of the grounds and maintenance very fast and efficient Jessica Assistant manager and the manager is very awesome Very nice listen to your concerns if you have a Problem this is One of the best apartment complexes I have lived in

This place is so peaceful and serene! I truly love it here. The office staff is just amazing. Our move in was stress free! Maintenance is awesome. The whole entire staff is amazing. This is how an apartment complex should be! The grounds are just so well kept. Very pretty here! There are no issues. I would for sure highly recommend moving here! This is the best complex we have been in. I'm so happy we chose indigo pointe. I'm so very proud to call this home. If you want a stress free move in and want to be proud where you live move here! It's amazing!

I absolutely LOVE living here! Been living here since 2020 and I can’t see me living anywhere else! The office staff is AMAZING especially my leasing agent Jayla! Jayla is WONDERFUL , friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to work with me! I won’t be moving anytime soon! I enjoy calling this place HOME!

I was skeptical of moving here at first but there’s literally no issues. My move in was a breeze. Jayla is the bomb dot com okayyyyy!!!!! The maintenance is prompt and professional this complex really deserves more stars ⭐️

My experience with indigo pointe apartment have been one of the best by far never had any issues with the property or my unit I been here for 2 years and I will definitely recommend this place to others for sure

Went to pick up a package in the office around 5:15 and couldn't find any staff. Came back around 5:45 and another person trying to get in contact with the staff told me the door was locked before I even stepped out of my car.Are the hours in Google accurate?Edit for Dec 15th:Showed up at 5:30 to the doors locked yet again, 4 people have now walked up and turned away from the door in the time it took me to call and leave a message. There's a huge sign that says office closes at 6PM Monday thru Friday. Maybe third time's the charm huh.=================I've also reached out to Valet Living and used the direct contact form in the resident portal regarding an issue with the trash collection service in which my double-bagged cat litter was scattered across the shared walkway and left it out in the rain/humidity to solidify on the cement.I had to scrape the ground with a metal brush and sanitize the area with my own supplies, but have yet to get a response from either Indigo Pointe or Valet Living since both were contacted directly over the weekend.Hopefully it is understood that paying $23 a month for an inconsistent at best and biohazardous at worst trash pickup service is less than subpar.

I didn’t like it, is too small. Maybe if you rent a bigger unit you will not have any problems but the unit u got was super small and the kitchen is not really good

I've lived at this apartment for three years. Its been good but I have to give it a one star because of recent events. I pay for Valet trash and they haven't picked up the trash at least three times. With no notice. I'm paying for this service. I don't know they haven't picked up until I walk outside and see and smell the trash. This cant be good because of bugs and other animals that are attracted to trash. Why am I paying for the service if I'm not getting the service. Its not just my trash its my floors trash! I do not want bugs or animals outside of my apartment.

Love this Complex but trash pick up company sucks! It rained for 30 mins on a Sunday and they didn't come because of "inclement weather"! Worst thing is they hadn't picked 4 days before that!

The ladies in the office have consistently been responsive to inquiries and requests. They are friendly and already knew my name on the first day to pick up our keys.
