Worst experience that I had at a hotel. They mistakenly gave the room that we booked for someone else and had us wait for an hour just to give me a replacement room. Not to mention they gave me a 2 double bed instead of king bed room that i booked. The receptionist was very unprofessional and kept blaming on the system instead of admitting her fault. The management also refused to give us an answer and just kept us on waiting. Stay away from this awful hotel

Loooooved our three night stay at this lovely place. Our little family enjoyed a good breakfast, the great personality and service of the staff. All polite and professional.
Our room was comfortable and modern.
No complaints on our end.

Outstanding plan great location. We were coming for a wedding. We had good access to the highways to go to different places. The hotel is nice and large and clean. I would strongly recommend this place. I wish they have a little bit more vegetarian items on for breakfast waffles or pancakes

Very quiet location located right off the highway. The front desk staff that checked me in, Frederick, was very helpful, and they make great drinks here! I’ll definitely be back!

The rooms are amazing and the service is over the top. Especially with the delicious breakfast. An amazing lady named Keisha (hoping I’m spelling her name correctly) gave us unmatched service downstairs alongside her hardworking team. 10+ out of 10!

Ms Shannon I and the entire STAFF was absolutely amazing! I had the best birthday ever! The stay was awesome and completely comforting! I will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Texas again

This was probably one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. The staff at this location is what made our experience so memorable. They treat you like family and bend over backward to meet your needs and accommodate you.
There's always a friendly face welcoming you at the front desk: G, Shannon, and Robert. Kisha in the breakfast area was also super friendly and accommodating.
We even met the Operations Manager, Kamire. He took time out of his busy day to visit with us for a little while a couple of times.
Thank you all for you such a wonderful experience! We can't wait to come back and visit.
Nearby activities: We went to Globe Life Park for a Rangers game. We also ate at Pappadeaux. The location is great for professional sports, Six Flags, restaurants and shopping.
