“Not too bad of an experience. Store was a little cluttered and there wasn’t enough cashiers to accommodate the line of customers. Nevertheless the cashiers were friendly and greeted us with a smile.”

“I normally have no issues and love shopping here, but I had a hard time the other day with the price of a countertop being mismarked. I had to walk back through the warehouse to take a picture of the price tag because the floor employee only explained to the cashier over the radio that it was the wrong item, and there was no offer to honor the price as marked (as I have had happen at other stores). I ended up getting a different color that was the correct price. I also asked a few people for help with the process of getting furniture that was not available in the self-service area, and I got wrong or incomplete information from people I talked to. It just seems that maybe people need more training to be able to answer questions correctly. It took extra time and trouble, but eventually I got out of there with what I needed. This was my first difficult experience with this IKEA. I’ll still go back, but I’ll be more careful to take pictures of any marked down items. I’m just glad my husband wasn’t with me or he would have been miserable ?”

“I recently visited this location and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to Hunter in the fitting room! This location is usually one of the busiest in the area, but during my visit they had six registers open so the wait was not bad. Typically, I find dressing rooms to be a chaotic mess, but today was different. The dressing area was clean and organized, which was a refreshing change.
Hunter was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I tried on over 20 different outfits, and he provided valuable feedback on each one, encouraging me to keep looking until I found the perfect fit. His positive attitude made the experience enjoyable, and I felt supported in my choices.
What stood out even more was how Hunter took the time to gather the clothes I decided not to keep and put them back for me, which is not something I’ve experienced at other stores. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service truly made this the best experience I’ve had at any Ross in my area.
