Read reviews , last min option !!!! The shower is dirty not gonna say was there is hair on towels and shower , the chair had dirt on it the little dresser by bed was not cleaned at all !!! Like WTH the bed also had some stuff on it stay away stay away !!!

2 days I was there the do not disturb was on the door and the maid let herself in both days 1st day at 9 then today at 10:30am.. and the office doesn't care. Rooms have bugs and stink don't waist your night here!

This has got to be one of the nastiest places I have ever attempted to stay at. Not realizing it at the time , but they have a paper sign posted , no refunds after ten minutes. Unless you walk into the room with a blue light looking to inspect the room your not getting your money back. The sheets I guarantee you are not washed. If they have a cleaning crew, those people have no idea what clean means. There were bugs in the bed. The bathroom was nasty ,hell everything was nasty. I would never recommend staying here unless you want to walk away with something you can't wash away. GROSS

I asked for a room. I entered and the bed had crusty hard stains on the sheets. I asked for a new room. The lady working the window shouted no. Instead you will get a full refund.
It's wild they would let money walk away instead of giving a clean room to a paying customer.
Don't come here unless you love being treated poorly and dirty rooms.

This was booked for a friend who was on town and wanted to be close to the area, requested this hotel, not sure if the request was based on a past experience, this was not a good experience at all!!!
Stay away from this place, this was a nightmare, that was all I heard, the only good thing about this place is the location, it is close to the premium outlets mall, Walmart and so many other places.

The rating of 3+ stars on this place is a joke. Whoever did that must be lying and have never stayed here. I only wish I had read the reviews before paying! This is the WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED. I get frustrated just thinking about the fact that I was ever here. I did not even stay the whole night. Not clean, horrible smell. Cheap beds. Dirty tubs and sinks. Just every nightmare you can have about a place you stay... Yeah, that is this place. IGNORE THE FRAUDULENT RATING... NEVER EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Very rude housemaid they have bugs in they're beds I had to switch from two rooms before just going to another place they're management is terrible and the place should be closed down or at least cleanedRooms: Bugs and ? and if you complain they'll just put you out

Dirty rooms, broken walls, horrible towels, they should all be changed, they look like cloth. Shower door about to fall. I wish they could improve all that, very friendly receptionist.
