Had a bad experience. Cosmetologist who cut my hair did not follow my instructions on cutting my hair. Notes on how to cut my hair are on Great Chips computer. It states not to cut my hair short and not to use the clippers. The cosmetologist cut my hair to short because she used the clippers. I questioned her about cutting my hair to short. She stated "No". I stated to her that she cut my hair too short because she used the clippers to cut my hair.

This was my third time coming in to get my haircut. The 1st two time was by an Asian lady, but she wasn't here today, so I waited for the lady that greeted me to get a haircut. There was another stylist there that was talking bad about a customer that just left and asked if I want to get a haircut. I told her I was waiting for the 1st lady, and the 1st lady turned around and refused services. I have been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting patiently and refused services because of their big ego. Terrible services and I hope no one waste their money at this location.

Honestly never expected much from haircuts at great clips. Good or OK haircut at a relatively cheap cost, that's what you expected. If the haircut was bad it was like "oh well it grows back quickly". But cant keep quiet when you're now paying 25 dollars including tip for bad haircuts. Took my son to get his haircut, after he was finished I noticed a spot that was obviously missed near fade line that had some long stands and asked for that to be cleaned up. The man proceeded to shaved 2 bald spots right at the fade line above my sons temples not attempting to match the hair around it. He did the laziest job possible on something that should have been an easy fix but now there is no way to fix without completely shaving bald the sides of my son's head. Feel like at this point you can expect a better cut at a barbers college where the students at least get graded for bad haircuts and care more.

I would give a better rating but this lady that I experienced today was the rudest, she yelled at me when I was trying to give her an example of the cut I wanted, pulled my hair, and did not do how i wanted my hair, worst experience with Jennifer.

This first time I come to this area the lady name kim when I payed the money she forced you to give a tip and when I told her next time I do not have more money in my card she told me you told this every time and this first time in this location and every time I give cash kim you not have a write to ask the costumer to give tip ……

I went only once to cut my hair there and It was bad, obviously the employees they don’t put attention in the way they cut hair, you tell them the way you want it done and I guess they do it their way. Terrible place to get a haircut and I will never come back there. If you want your haircut over cut so you can look ridiculous go there.

This location was the worst. I took my son for a hair cut and the lady there was very rude and unprofessional. She kept on yelling at my son while cutting his hair and in the end while I was paying she asked for a tip. I was already going to give her a tip. I think its very unprofessional to ask for a tip and on top of that complain about the amount of tip. Overall, I was not happy as to how she treated my son. Also, the haircut was uneven. And then she expected me to give her a hefty tip. I believe in always tipping people but at least the customer service should be good.

Went 12/31/22 and they were definitely being racist. I went around 4:45-4:50 asked them to cut off the blonde part of my hair I could do the rest he first said he was closed . I said you close at 5 correct he said yes then he said well I don’t want to cut your hair. I’ve never cut your texture hair before I don’t want to mess it up. I said I’ve been going to several different great clips and had several different ethnicities cut my hair and never had an issue . They still had a customer who was sitting there that they still needed to cut hair. He was Spanish but said since my hair was curly they couldn’t cut mines. I asked for a manager number they wouldn’t give me one. My hair is to my shoulders it’s not that long . The blonde would’ve taken off a lot and wouldn’t have taken long
