I went in for a shampoo and cut. the lady who shampooed my hair left shampoo in it she didn't wash it fully out, I went home and had to wash it out. the lady was rude and didn't wipe off the hair from the previous person.

Just went in for a simple trim the other day & got home to notice that it was super choppy & uneven. Last time that I visited I didn't have any issues & that's why I came back. I didn't notice it until I got home & went to style my hair. One side is shorter than the other in the back. The young lady that cut my hair was super nice, but my hair doesn't look good. Will have to spend more money to go have it fixed. I will not ever have my hair trimmed at this location/establishment again. Beyond disappointed & that's a understatement!

The first picture is what I showed the lady and I told her I wanted even less hair than that taken off because I’ve been growing it out and she said she could do it. My hair is so thin now, it’s ruined. The trim she gave me is also extremely choppy.

If I could give a 0 star I would have loved to give that as well. Terrible hair cut I got on my first visit and even after telling her how to cut hair she did not paid any attention and she just messed up like anything.

Decided to go here for the first time as it’s close to my home and I didn’t have any issues experienced by the negative reviews. Soooo, either the place has changed or I came on a good day. It was just a typical Great Clips in my opinion; I’d go again.

I almost didnt go here based on reviews BUT so glad I did anyway! Howie is amazing!! He was at the Highlands location but left and I couldn't find him. Walked in there he was. If you want to give it another try, go see him you wont be disappointed!!!

The customer service at this location has gone the drain. There's always different people who cut hair and it seems the pick and choose who they want to cut your hair. Checked in online and waited and waited while no one was in the waiting area. Will no longer be going to this place.

I went in to get my hair thin out and trim. I came home to style my hair only to feel the middle part (back of my head) of my hair CHOPPED off in the center and the rest of my hair long would cover it. Again I only noticed when I came home to style my hair. I was in there just this past weekend. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there's only an owner. Took my name and number and haven't heard from anyone. The WORST place to get a cut. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! NO EVEN WORTH IT!!

This is the location where I have been getting my hair done for the past 16 months. A professional gentleman previously attended to my hair with exceptional skill. On our first meeting, I detailed my preferences, which he meticulously noted in their system. However, during my recent visit, I was informed by a new stylist, Tammy, that he no longer worked there. Despite requesting that she refer to the existing notes for my preferred style, Tammy's approach was dismissive and impatient. Contrary to my instructions, she gave me a "warrior" haircut, which is both inappropriate for me as a non-veteran and aesthetically displeasing. The cut was uneven, leaving an awkward, carrot-like length at the back. Although I adhered to the standard $5 tip, I feel it's important to voice my dissatisfaction with this experience.
