I am putting one star cause I have too. But I just walked in and asked to see a bigger bracelet sales lady got on the phone stated I was in the front to see bracelets and she lied in my face saying I wasn’t able to see them. When she said on the phone the lady that’s at the counter wanted to see them. With that being said I will take my money and spend it somewhere else. Bad customer service but after reading the reviews on fake gold glad I left. They market on Instagram that they have all this fancy nice gold. But can’t see makes no sense. Don’t be fooled by their instagram page they don’t have such jewelry.

Sent my piece to get repaired and was bought here claimed the stones are hard to find but has several other pieces with same stones it’s been 3 weeks and still can’t fix my centenario bezel but to sell it to me he was very quick to move will not be doing business here again was also going to take my bracelets to get name done but forget itIt’s simple if you can’t find the stones take it from another piece you have there and take care of the customer first!!!!

They sell fake jewelries. I got a gold ring here and not even up to a month it start changing appearance to a brass color. And they make a no refund policy to get you stuck with their fake jewelry. Not worth money
