The store was noticeably messy during my visit around 5 p.m., despite five employees being present. Only one was actively working on folding men's denim, while the other four remained behind the register engaged in personal conversation. There was no greeting upon entry, and no one offered assistance during our time there. It was disappointing to see such a lack of attention to both customer service and store appearance.

I had a great experience at this GAP Factory branch. I visited on a weekday, and it wasn’t crowded at all, which made everything so much easier. I was able to quickly and easily pick up my online order. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the store was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend stopping by during the week if you’re looking for a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience!
