They are thieves!!!! Do not trust a word Alvino says. Stolen over $1700 in parts and no reimbursement. Now dodging getting sued because of this. This is the most unprofessional mechanic shop in all of Dallas. They took 3 years to rebuild an engine and they still did not finish. I dropped off a running car and left with it in pieces. I paid them $2900 cash to rebuild my transmission and they paid someone else to do it and they didn't do it at all my car came back worse then when I brought it in. I try to talk to the lead "mechanic" and he gets an attitude. It is obvious he still lives with his mommy and daddy he knows nothing about transmissions.

Dodge in Plano tried to rip me off for almost 1300 for a $99 part. These guys at gp engine had me fixed in 45mins for less than a 3rd.

Customer service is no good. I contacted them twice and the girl told me they would call me back both times. Never did. Just wasted my time waiting.

They had my car for 2 weeks and never repaired a thing...the only thing they did was leave an ant infestation in my front passenger floor..they charged me for parts that they never actually replaced on my car resulting in me paying additional money to someone else to repair my car..NEVER I REPEAT NEVER GO TO THEM!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance
