“I normally have no issues and love shopping here, but I had a hard time the other day with the price of a countertop being mismarked. I had to walk back through the warehouse to take a picture of the price tag because the floor employee only explained to the cashier over the radio that it was the wrong item, and there was no offer to honor the price as marked (as I have had happen at other stores). I ended up getting a different color that was the correct price. I also asked a few people for help with the process of getting furniture that was not available in the self-service area, and I got wrong or incomplete information from people I talked to. It just seems that maybe people need more training to be able to answer questions correctly. It took extra time and trouble, but eventually I got out of there with what I needed. This was my first difficult experience with this IKEA. I’ll still go back, but I’ll be more careful to take pictures of any marked down items. I’m just glad my husband wasn’t with me or he would have been miserable ?”

Jessica was awesome to talk with about what I needed for my office. She made great recommendations and gave me options that fit my needs. They were very professional and made my office look amazing!As we all know how the delivery of furniture could take a long time, however Jessica made it happen faster than I expected. “Rip off place, how the hell this place can open for consumer, no return or exchange, they selling a brand new stuff but have a policy like they selling second hand stuff, their product is a piece of junk, I don't know how they can open a business like this, if you step in to their store they all will come and tell you their product are the best but they never tell you about their return policy, to all consumer please next time if you step in this store please ask them for their return policy especially the Vietnamese .”
