Second time I've been to this location and not only do they have slow service but I always have an issue with my account after leaving here. They provided misinformation the 1st time and the 2nd time my funds were not deposited immediately. Hopefully my last time at THIS location. Just because it's considered a hood bank doesn't mean you have to own up to the title. Do better.

When the previous manager was there everything was going great. I have been at this bank for more than 3 years but now the new manager does not want to lift a single finger to help her clients. What terrible service and it's only because of the new manager. ? the other employees have been there since before and I have no problem with them. But I repeat THE NEW MANAGER IS USEFUL FOR NOTHING. IF THEY DON'T CHANGE IT I WILL HAVE TO CHANGE BANKS, JUST THAT SIMPLE.

I came in to make a deposit and right off the back Nell was snobby and unwelcoming! After my deposit, I asked that my deposit be made immediately. I ended up returning back to the bank, still in a good spirit because I’m sure it was a mistake. I ended up going to another banker and explained to her what happen. Nell proceeded to say another banker was supposed to do it for her, I initially didn’t hear this statement so I responded “huh?”, she once again snobby with a bad attitude said “I WAS TALKING TO HER!”. After my transaction was fixed, I told her she needed to fix her attitude and she laughed! If this is the type of people you guys have working at your bank, I will not return!! You put in the application! You made the mistake! Even when I had a positive attitude about you were nasty!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! And you’re a grown woman wearing a child’s big yellow bow in your head at work, UNPROFESSIONAL!!! First bank y’all need to train your bankers better!!!

Great service! Jasmine was kind enough to take my daughter in as a walk in and helped her open up her first checking account. It didn’t even take them the full hour Wells Fargo said they needed to open an account. Go to Jasmin for help opening an account!

The worst bank I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I absolutely abhor the fact that every time I have to call them it takes an hour for them to answer. Multiple mistakes inputting my information into their system. Constant headaches and constant distress dealing with them. I’d much rather bank with my daughters dirty diaper than this bank.

I HATE THIS BANK. WHEN YOU HAVE A HOLD ON YOUR ACCOUNT FOR FUNDS YOU EXPECT THE BANK TO KEEP TRACK OF THAT AND NOT ALLOW YOU TO DEPLETE THE HELD FUNDS, BUT NOT THIS BANK. A HOLD IS JUST TO SEE IF FUNDS ARE THERE.
