Packages coming from this location are continuously delivered to the wrong address. The proof of delivery is a blurry picture that could be anywhere. Do the drivers even know what street they’re on? They won’t walk up to the door, they throw stuff over fence or leave it out in the parking area. I have cameras so I know it never got to me and I see them throw things instead of just opening the gate. It’s not a single incident

This FedEx location and its drivers do not know what they are doing. I was expecting a delivery on Monday and was going to leave town that same day in the evening so it was very important for me to receive that package that day. I called FedEx 3 times during the day after they kept changing the arrival time and finally stuck with “before 8pm” they promised me it would arrive before 8 and told me it was imposible to contact the driver and find out where he was or get the package sooner. I said “what if it doesn’t arrive today” they said “it will.” I was home all day and tried to wait patiently for the package to arrive. At 6:30 the driver changed the status as “attempt delivery” but never came to my house and it was a package that didn’t require a signature. I ended up checking the status at 7:30 in the middle of a quiz I was taking and it changed the delivery to the next day. The driver had already headed back to the shipping center at 7 although he/she was still scheduled to get my package to me before 8pm. I had to quit my timed quiz (failed it) rush before 8 to the shipping center to get the package and then rush to the airport. The good news was I was able to go get the package myself. The bad news was I failed the quiz I was taking and it costed me gas and time to pick the package that FedEx promised would deliver to me before 8pm. Thanks for all your help FedEx, really great..I mean terrible job.

This is my second time visiting this location and really appreciate their customer service. On my first visit Liz with above and beyond with helping me select the correct box plus helping me ship my package.
My visit today Liz and Stephanie both were awesome! If you ever need to ship something please go visit this location. Thank you ladies!!

I recently visited this FedEx location to return a package valued at approximately $200. After a week, I checked online and called the facility, only to discover that the package had never left the location. Despite assurances that they would resolve the issue and call me back, I received no follow-up. When I called again the next day, I was told that the tracking number associated with my package was from 2021, which made no sense to me. As of now, there has been no update on the tracking status. I even filed a claim, but nothing has been resolved. I strongly advise against using this FedEx location or FedEx services in general for your shipping needs.

I would give negative if i could. I had a new phone coming. Fedex kept delivering while i was at work. I called they said they would bring it after 4. No phone. Called back was told driver had route planned couldnt change it so it will be there today after 4. No phone. I called back, its at osler facility, go there after work......nope its in mansfield. After i tell them what happend they never offered to have it brought back, call mansfield nothing. Horrible customer service. I called and filed a complaint they said someone will call me, a week later. Nothing. I worked shipping and receiving for yrs fedex has always been incompetent and rude. Looks like things havent changed.

I will never use their service again, 3 days late and counting they only say that the delivery cannot be made nor do they get off the truck, they only make sure to leave the label so that one can pick it up at the office. They already think that because they left the label I have to go pick up the package. Not even what comes from China is that difficult to collect. Horrible! Pay for their services and they are not cheap. They are incompetent! I wish I could not give you even one star. They waste my time and money. I wish I wasn't upset but it's impossible.

The woman up front was so so sweet! She handled my package with care (considering it was a live animal, I am very picky with that.) it wasn't a long interaction but it was a nice, simple, and easy one :).

Keep delaying my package, and when I called, they said no one was home to receive the package (that does not require a signature). My house has Ring, so I know they never came by to deliver my package. I called them 3 times on different days, the 1st rep apologized and suggested picking it up. The 2nd rep said it would be redelivered on Monday. The 3rd rep said because I did not provide the gate code (which no one ever contacted me for it), and since they already attempted to deliver 3 times, they wont deliver it again. The funny thing is, I ordered from the same company before that uses Fedex exclusively to ship my package, and I did not have this problem before with any of them...
