“Went here for the first time to take my elderly father for an appointment. There was a lot of paperwork, but I think that was just because it was his first time. The nurse was very helpful and walked us through the process. Dr. Gavalda was just a ray of sunshine and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything very well and told us what the next steps would be. I am very happy with this experience and look forward to the next visit.”

“Made an appointment to seek help for mental health, referred by a family member. I’m not sure where everyone is having such a bad experience with this location. Natasha called me to confirm my appointment a couple days before, and upon meeting her today at my appointment she was so kind! Worked with Leslie when I first got in the room and she was an absolute kind soul as well! When Dr. Sam came in, he had such a happy energy to him and instantly made me feel calm (super anxious just going to the appointment). I explained to him my problems and he listened to me. Out of the many psychiatrists and specialists I’ve seen, he is the only one that took what I said to heart and made me feel extremely comfortable for the visit. Cannot wait to keep visiting this location for all of my medical needs! Thank you to the Methodist Health Lake Prairie team for a fantastic first visit! :)”
