On 06/07/2024 Approximately at 3:14pm I stopped at the local Familly Dollar to buy some laundry detergent and some every day necessities. As I was ready to check out the hangers that I was buying were ringing up a different price than what was displayed or advertised. The price when the clerked checked them out were ringing up at $4.50 I brought it to her attention that in the back what they were advertising and displayed for were $3.50 She immediately called for the manager on duty. Meanwhile I ran to the back and snapped a pictures. When the manager looked at me she simply said. “Oh, well prices do go up and you don’t have to take them if you don’t wan them” She did absolutely did nothing to help. Not even an apology for false advertising something so simple as hangers. She didn’t even offer any type of compensation or even try to solve my issue with any type of coupon. It was the most horrendous type of customer service. I shop here about once or twice a week and this attitude from a manager on duty who is representing a multi million dollar company is just unacceptable. She had a callous attitude as if I was interrupting her from her personal life to come display this type of behavior. I’m not one to complain and by all means I was not wanting anything free but I wanted something fair to what was being advertised. I had like 10 other things with me and literally told the clerk to stop ringing me up and just check me out with the few things she had already scanned with the exception of the 5 bunches of hangers. The clerk was nice and even saw my look of concerned and asked if I was okay. I mentioned I didn’t like the way the manager handled the situation and I wanted a receipt and that’s why I was proceeding to at least purchase what she had already scanned. She apologized for the managers behavior.

Unhelpful, rude, passive agressive staff. (Not all staff) store is unorganized as well. I was in the area and stopped by because this store has physical media. They clearly had a sign that stated this 50% offer was available until the end of July.
They refused to honor this and the cashier told me she 'couldn't' but what she really meant is she wouldn't. For starters, the red flag should've been these employees were trashing another employee on the outside of their store before I walked in.
They continued to do this and acted as if I was a nuisance when I asked them to bring down a movie I could not reach. One employee passively aggressively laughed at me and told me it would cause them to fall. I watched her simply climb the latter and pluck the movie off the shelf. It took two seconds, no harm, no foul. Again, they just didn't want to help. Idk what's wrong with these employees but if you hate your job. Leave. If HR or a store manager crosses this. 4/18/24 between 2-3 PM. Signed, a customer who will not return here. I left and found my physical media elsewhere and for cheaper.

They take you out of the store when it's supposed to be open and the very rude woman says get out, we're not ready to sell yet. If I could give less stars, it would be terrible service.

Horrible they never open on time and they always closing to early and they workers are rude the black ones and the Mexicans one it don’t matter the race they all have horrible customer service and I must mention they are always out of things shelves empty

I came in at 9:35 to get one thing, pack of cigarettes, and the doors were locked and the 3 employees wouldn’t even acknowledge me even when I knocked. Supposed to be open till 10, never getting my business again.

Most rude and sarcastic manager I’ve have ever seen, that place is disgusting the place is a mess bought some maseca to make tortillas and when I opened it it had bugs.The manager has her dog inside an unsanitary place for that poor animal

Every time I come to this location it’s a different issue. Last week, I was rushing as there was only 10 minutes left til close and I needed a bottle for my son, get here and even though it’s not time to close yet (I had 5 mins left) boom, everything’s locked and closed. Again today, they open at 8am, I’m here at 8:30 and no one will answer the phone or door. Delivery services are waiting outside with product. How unprofessional…

If you are shopping at this location be sure u watch the prices on the shelf especially if paying cash there is a worker name tag reads Julwanna that is scamming customers. She's either taking the price up of she will tell you didn't give her enough money. She told me I was short dollar and I know I wasn't. My mother went in 30 min later same situation. BE CAREFUL AND WATCH. I think the other lady is in on it to. It's two young black ladies.
