Never fails, The shelf label always has a different price than what the register reads. An employee there that I did not get to read her name on the name tag she (has freckles) and she does not have customer service at all, she was behind the register speaking with another coworker and I (the customer) waiting to get checked out had to wait to get check out when she is already behind the counter. She then decides to call another another employee to come ring my items. Not good at all, hope it gets better.

Today while shopping I purchased a 10 oz bag of sweet and salty trail mix. The shelf label read $2 but it rung up as $3.10. The cashier refused to credit me back the difference saying the price went up. I showed her a pic of the shelf price and she repeated that the price went up. I said, aren’t you supposed to honor the marked price? She refused. So I simply asked for a full refund. $1.10 is a big difference in todays economy and it’s sad that a customer can be lost due to an error on the part of family dollar. They need to do a better job of accurately labeling their products and setting the right expectations for their customers.

Usually I have no reason to complain I go here a lot and never had any problems with this location, but I went to this location today and had a worker get mad because I asked her to ring me up separately from someone, the whole time she gave me faces and an attitude, I don't know why she would work there if she's that miserable like just quit, her name starts with a D she knows who she is, and even with all the attitude she gave me I maintained a good attitude towards her. Hope she has the day she deserves!

I just came to this store and got yelled by the short Hispanic older lady that’s is always there she was trying to over charge me for something that cost less . This is not a way to treat people .. By screaming !!! Corporate needs to keep this lady on check went to store by beltline and it’s way more organized this store there is always a mess. Seems to me very disorganized. As well as that employee herself !

Hello all my name is TOWANDA I'm a respiratory therapist at one of the local hospital here in Dallas TX. Today I worked my 6th shift straight because we have been so short also today I started my monthly cycle. I didn't let it interfere with me caring for my patients because their fighting to STAY ALIVE?? so i could endure the cramps associated with that to help them continue the fight. After work today i stopped in family dollar to pickup pads after standing in line while the manager try to fix the card reader i asked if she could just open another register she interned YELLED back at me that she was working NOT playing I then told her that it's not safe for people to be in here breathing in this recalculated Air this long without a mask she then told me I could leave and if i didn't she would call the police i told her to CALL them I've done nothing wrong so she did I waited there for them to arrive during that time she became VERY AGGRESSIVE ....when the police arrived I let her speak first afterwards he asked me what happened i told him and asked him to get the corporate# for me and the store # which she would NOT give me I never write reviews nor would I EVER want to see someone out of work but I do feel like Phyllis the manager and Serena the cashier needs some EDUCATION and should learn some consideration for others...SMH FAMILY DOLLAR IS THIS HOW YOUR EMPLOYEES TREAT HEALTH CARE WORKERS????

Quick stop to check out upcoming Holiday items. Found several clearence items and briwsed for ideas. Place relatively clean and well stocked. Staff courteous.

The service was great and the store was fully stock. Customer service was wonderful helped us find everything we were looking for and told us about new products they had. The cashier he was very helpful when we were checking out letting is know about a few other new drinks. We tried the snapple and it was really good.

I agree with the last person if i could give this place 0 stars i would. I walked in and the store manager seemed annoyed that i made he lift her head up to say hello. When i payed same thing i stopped her from doing her paper work, like its my fault she was the only one working as i was paying with my card she put her head back down and continued with her paperwork did not even say thank you or anything! Definitely will never be coming bk to this store!! And the store was a big mess i would hate to see what it looks like later in the day or end of the night.

I was a frequent customer on a daily basis to tbis location. I arrived at the store at 9:36pm exactly knowing that the store did NOT close until 10pm. On approach to the doors they were LOCKED. The female clerk came to the door in non work attire and told me that they were Closed.. I informed her that it wasn't 10pm yet and her response was" I know but we are Closed" and simply walked away. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I will be taking my daily business to the Dollar General accross the street from now on.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I will never come back here. These people are rude at least the older lady with the glasses that pretty much asked me to remove my son from the store because he was crying. Kids cry that's what they do and if you can't handle being around it don't work in a store where family come in. It is called FAMILY dollar after all.
