I really don't know where the good service that people say in the reviews is because the truth is that you arrive at that store and it seems like a ghost, no one helps you or tells you, much less do they have precise things, some of them do, but most of them don't, that's for them. charge you at your expense

If you have Audio or Camera issues please check out these guys. Replaced the audio system in my Cadillac Escalade perfectly. Jim C. is an expert with superior knowledge and experience. Great service in a timely manner at a great bargain. You wont regret it!!

I am so grateful that this shop was referred to me. Not only is Jim very knowledgeable but super nice guy, too. My first interaction was him trying to help me when I was in a bind for a part and tracked one down and could have it the next morning. Since then, he and Gavin have had both my pursuits up there for many different things. I doubt if there isn't anything they can't do. I've seen high-end sports cars, Prevost tour busses, heavy machinery, and regular vehicles. These are my go-to guys for ANY level of electronics. They have done stereos, lights, and backup cameras, traced down blown fuses, and programmed specialty emergency lighting. I can't say enough good things, and if Expert Car Audio was already in use by them, I'd suggest it because they truly know what they are doing!

Went to 5 different audio stores looking for a conversion bracket for my BMW. Came here and he had it delivered for me to pick up within an hour. I will be back!!!

I had an amp and kicker installed 2 years ago next month. It quit working so I called this morning to have it diagnosed. The owner is TOO BUSY to provide any type of CUSTOMER SERVICE and check it out. This is a SALES ONLY DAY!!!!!

My sister brought in a radio to be installed. He originally quoted $85 and said he could install the next day. She went in the next day and he told her the radio didn’t fit while also trying to up-charge her and force her to buy a radio from him. $85 ballooned into $500. He also broke her knob in the process. Her husband proceeded to take it to another place and miraculously it fit and no up-charges. If you are a woman stay clear, he will try and bamboozle you.

I was surprising my husband with a car alarm on his truck. The gentleman who helped me was very informative and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He also worked with the auto start that was installed by another company. It was done the same day I dropped it off. Not only was it a great price, it was a better price than where I got the auto start from. My husband was very excited and pleased. He was shocked at the price but the better quality of product. Thank you so much!

I just got off the phone with a person that works at that location. I was looking for a wiring harness for my froends f150. He said it was 20$ i asked how much will it be to install a radio and he said 120 if you dont need any thing. I then asked how long will it take and he told me im wasting time by talking to him. I need to hurry up and get there if I wanted it done. I told him I'm not going to hury. His attitude was nasty and he is very unprofessional. I will not every do business with you guys.
