I got a pedicure with the hot stones, and i loved it. My nails turned out just how i like them and the massage on my back and on my legs were heavenly. This is my go to nail spot, and i will definitely be going back.(Also great customer service)
Cleanliness: Very nice and just had a very modern clean vibe.

John and Vicky are a pleasure to work with! Their work is consistent and I appreciate the way they communicate while they do their craft to ensure I’m satisfied. (I only come in for pedicures. I get both gel and/or reg nail polish)
I’ve only ever had one bad experience. A tech had attempted to remove my mom’s acrylic from her toes with a tool not intended for that purpose, and damaged her big toe nail. She was in pain for a while, and it took months for it to regrow/heal. I haven’t seen her around, but I just steered clear of her.

I usually have a great experience here. I only get pedicures every 2 or so months. This last time, the woman kept pushing me to get gel, I didn’t want it. I feel she then didn’t do as well on purpose. She said “it won’t look like mine, it won’t be shiny for long”. When I asked for it thinner on the French tip and for the line to be more curved, she said that was only with gel…the top coat she applied was crappy and the lines on the French tip weren’t all straight. I was disappointed. Update: all polish was completely chipped off with in a week.

I have been coming to this salon for several years now and every time I come it’s a pleasant experience. For this visit I had Vin do my pedicure and Mimi do my nails. Vin was very thorough and kind. She gave me a relaxing foot massage. Even though I got the basic pedicure I appreciated the quality of the service. Mimi started my nails at the same time as my pedicure and when I showed her the picture of the nails I wanted she was receptive and explained the whole process to me, including the pricing. Once my pedicure was over we moved to the table where Mimi took her time to provide me the design and color I wanted. She frequently checked to make sure I liked what she was doing. I’ve had my nails done by her before and I loved them. I will keep coming back to this salon for its amazing and thorough staff, and for Mimi and Vin!!

Loved my experience here. Everyone was so welcoming. I love the attention to detail when it came to my cuticles, any polish on my skin, and making sure my toes and nails were smooth. I couldn't decide on my colors and I appreciate the techs grabbing the colors that caught my eye before starting. I truly appreciate the hospitality. (Ignore the background I need to clean my car lol)
Cleanliness: Very clean, spa-like atmosphere, very peaceful and relaxing.
Stylist: MiMi did my nails - very lovely person.
Unfortunately I did not catch then name of the tech that did my toes, I apologize.

Service wasn't great. They did my manicure sloppy and because I didn't get the gel manicure clear polish; I felt they just gave me the lowest service possible. They didn't even take care of my cuticles. My nails were uneven. They didn't do a soft buff on my nails to make them smooth. They just use the coarse nail file, wipewiped it down, put the oil over it, then wipewiped it down again and then put the clear nail polish on it m. They could've done a better job. As for my toes they talked me into the gel polish and I asked the lady to please file my big toenail and she said she would do it, but she did it after she painted my nail and then just left it. There was no nail polish on the area that she filed. Anyone knows you should file it before you paint the toe. The prices are high and the service is low. Don't waste your time going there

I got my Pedicure done yesterday which included a massage and hot stones. I don't want to assume but the lady who did it for me was not trained well enough to provide the service. She applied the hot stones suddenly on my leg which burned me and kept scrubbing them throughout my lower leg bones until I told her to stop because it hurt so badly.
Moreover, they really need to get a new air filter system since the whole salon smells chemical unbearably!!
I'll never come back!!
