Code of ethics, deceptive practices. I was at Store #3641 5216 South State Hey 360. I wanted to purchase two felt unicorn shapes. When t reached for it I noticed tag reflected I should get two felt shapes. I noticed the one I got had only one . I proceeded to check all the others and each one only had one. I went to sales associate and showed her. She looked at it and tells you only get one. I asked to speak to manager. He looked at it and said does not look right and said he would be right back. He moves to the side and I see him searching on his phone. After a bit he comes back. I was expecting him to say mislabeled. He tells me I only get one because this one has glitter! I was said "what" This man later identified as Michael quickly walks away. I paid for the rest of my purchases and left. I went online to try and complain. Corporate office directs all complaints to over seas representative who have language barrier and frustrate you more. I did find and email I sent my complaint there. Still no response. Check the items you purchase from Dollar Tree. You may be over paying as I almost did.

Today the guy at the register didn't want to ring me up because I guess I had too many items in my basket, his light was on and he was ringing up a customer. He told me to go to the next register, I wont be returning to this location.

If you been to one Dollar Tree it’s safe to say you been to them all. No matter what state or city it’s in their reputation. Am in cape almost feel on me. Store was clutter and in disarray. Kids playing with the toys bumping into the customers. 20 people in line and one slow cashier who moves the slough from zootopia. If you’re in rush you do not want to visit dollar tree, and what happen to greeting the customers at the register?

If I could rate this store it was get 0 stars. Custome service is poor. I asked for cash back which wasn't over $10 and I kindly asked for a few ones and she just shoved the money in my hand and was like go somewhere else to get that. She definitely felt a type of way because I asked for my change a specific way. She was older so her patience obviously is low. But that's no tolerance for treating customers that way.

They will not honor the prices listed on the product. I tried to buy something that stated it was 2 for a $1 on the packaging, and they stated that was not accurate. They would not override the price to fix their mistake. This is false advertising to the customer and terrible service.

This store is always a mess. Cashier/Manager Anna was especially rude and lazy. She was the only worker at the time and about 15 people were in line. She dragged her feet and made snotty comments on the overhead that "long lines could be avoided if we applied for cashier positions and to not leave items in the store". All the while she's dragging her feet, working slow as molasses, blowing up new balloons that are literally the same ones already blown up and waiting to be sold in the balloon cage. After about 15 minutes her coworker comes back from lunch and everyone of course jumps in the line without them trying to crowd control and slow the people who've been waiting to go in the new line. Despite this the new worker gets everyone out of her line in only a few minutes and we are still stuck with Anna. She then tries to get funny with me because I didn't want to engage in conversation with her when I'm at the register. I've been in this line almost 25 minutes now because of her laziness. I don't need to discuss with you my day and what I'm purchasing. Just ring this up! And when I expressed my disdain she rudely replied I should have went over to the shorter line.

My first thoughts when walking in was to turn around and walk right back out ? The Store was dirty, items on the floor and needed to be restocked. I only saw (1) person and she was at the register. She was pleasant but I will not be returning to this particular location.

Of I could give this store a negative rating I would. Anna who stated that she is the manager is extremely rude...her customer service skills are horrible...NEVER will I enter this store again

Even though is no longer a "dollar" store per say, they still have some very good offers, bday cards and balloons are the main items to purchase here

This location is always clean and organized. I like all the cashiers and managers. They are always so helpful.
