It's very sloppy here and disorganized and customer service here is not inviting when you approach the register. It's quality customer service is out the window and the store shows like this is just a job and it's a free for all.

I used to love just coming here and buying as much unnecessary items as I could and stock up on things I will one day use, but my spending has sure stopped at Dollar Tree because of THIS location. I will never spend a dime because of how stupid, ignorant and unempathetic the employees are at this location. I gave it 2 instances and it kept getting worse and worse! I will never visit or spend at Dollar Tree ever again! And it’s dirtier than any store I’ve ever gone to.

The manager an older Mexican lady is very much rude .. a talk to her employees like they are trash .. She called us “ Those people “ I assume cause we are black .. Don’t shop here , she is racist and attitude is out of control ! She bashed her own employee and discriminate her own employee, called her out her name & has a funky attitude very rude .. Needs to be fired that’s not professional by far !!!

I have always loved shopping here but now that y'all have different prices on things PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put the prices on each article you're selling! Things are everywhere and we can't tell how much each costs!! And it's so frustrating to ask the cashier to check each item its price before buying!!!

2 fe.ale employees putting away merchandise, cursing loudly, complaining about the jobs and their boss. It comes off very unprofessional to say the least. I left my basket and everything in it because you can hear them all over the entire store. Doesn't make anyone want to shop here

If I could give no stars, I would. I have been shopping at this location amongst many around the dfw area and today, I chose this one in particular which obviously now I know, mistake. My child has non-verbal autism and has a special interest in collecting movies. This interest can be pretty pricey so we enjoy the options for the low cost. Today, I was approached by an employee named Cynthia, whom started over her conversation with me very passive aggressively. My kid, wanted to open his movie right then and there and me knowing I had all the right intentions and intent to purchase it, I chose to help open the package. She asked me to not do that (why if it hadn’t have been so passive) maybe I wouldn’t have taken offense. I let her know that I intended to purchase and she replied “Are you sure you’re going to pay for it? People say they will but they don’t.” If that isn’t offensive, I don’t know what is? I can assure you as a parent who owns more than one business that my amo was never to steal a 1.25 movie. Dollar Tree, teach your employees to not be biased and pass judgment on your guests. I left all my things, didn’t even get to finish my shopping, I went to to another location because I understand, one employees actions doesn’t mean that ALL Dollar Tree employees are rude and careless.
