They did a great job with my goldendoodle. It's been hard to find a place where they do an amazing job with her since their hair is hard to handle. The customer service was amazing too. GREAT JOB!

I brought my 3 senior chihuahua's for very 1st time there and were cut perfectly. one chihuahua is very hard to deal with and had no problems. I will be going back again and bringing a 4th dog shih Tzu in the near future.

I took my dog there because I thought it was a good place from the reviews. My dog is never around other dogs…. She came back, witch a tick on her back , she’s been itching non stop, she has a bump on her back and they covered it with a necklace on her. Does anyone know any of bathing places ? I feel so bad for my dog, she has a doctors appointment tomorrow .

I recommend this dog grooming all three dogs were handled well.My dogs can be difficult to get groomed. The grommer is very patient with my dogs and I appreciate it very much.

The communication is horrible! I went to this groomer two days in a row just to be turn around. The first time it was due to the groomer having some type of issue, which is understandable. The second time I called to ensure they would be open and available. I called at 8:00am and the man I spoke with stated that yes they would be open at 8:45am which is weird as the hours indicate on google that they open at 8am. When arriving at the groomer around 9:15am the young lady (groomer) stated that they would not be accepting any more dogs for the day as the schedule was full. She also stated that the drop off time for dogs was 9am. I told the lady I called this morning and the man I spoke to never me told me anything about a drop off time! She then pick up a clip board and said you see all these people before you.... She was rude and unprofessional. I told her what does that have to do with you guy's not communicating the correct information... Shen then was like it's already 12 dogs here so we will not be able to assist you today. I will never take my dog here again as they are unorganized and do not know how to effectively communicate.
