Very tight place. When you first check in. You think. Great plenty of room for parking. Then they send you to other docks. Very Very tight. No reason to use these doors when they have a area you could park a 757 in. Got in and out. Fast unload. They leave the paperwork in the back of your trailer once you get a green light

Most of the time they don't take much time loading in and out between 30 to 45 minutesIf marks are ready.

The owner here does not know how to talk to drivers or his employees with respect. Called himself “well educated” but obviously didn’t bother to take any communication courses. Could also use some help in learning how to run a warehouse more efficient. The employees that I spoke to there said they don’t plan on being there long and I wasn’t surprised to hear that one bit. One star is too much for my experience here.

7 hour waits seems to be normal for inbound cotton loads . No parking until they open at seven . Don't take a load here from a broker unless you have plenty of time to kill . They do not unload inbound trucks until outbound trucks are loaded , usually about 13:00 .

DONT ACCEPT TO TAKE SOLAR PANELS TO COYANOSA, TX, YOU WILL BE DRIVING AT LEAST 5 MILES ON LEASED ROAD (UNPAVED).. the load is not worth to damage your truck and trailer..
