I go to get a 24’ tire put on my 2002 Grand Marquis…I pull in they take my tire off ..I get on my phone n scroll thru social media cause I feel I have 20-30 min to kill getting a tire put on.But after noticing 30 min is up, I turn n see 4 workers take turns beating on my rim with a orange hammer..so I get out n ask them what’s going on, they say my rim was cracked n they trying to fix it..I tell them my rim was fine when I pulled in n I’m not here for rim work , jus a tire..by this time they’re pouring a glue/rubber substance, paper n paper towels in the tire.. put it on my car n tell me it’s fine.I pull out n immediately the air comes out..I pull back up n they all beat on it again, this time with a plank of wood n the hammer..Long story short..“DO NOT go there they DO NOT do good business”Luckily one of the workers stood up to the guy who owns the place n compelled him to do the rite thing!

Don’t come here if you don’t want to be scammed. I came to this establishment on Sunday 1/14/24 to have the 2 tires on my drivers side checked out because they had gone low. Upon arriving. I explained to them what the issue was and asked how much it would be to fix it. The guy told me that it’s $10 to patch a tire but if the hole is not patchable, then I would have to go elsewhere because they didnt carry my tire size. I said ok, that’s fine. I pulled into the garage and they proceeded to take off the 2 tires. The one on the driver's side was fine, it just needed air. But the back tire had a nail it that was removed and patched. After they placed my tires back on the car, I gave them my card to pay for the patched tire and they ran my card for $20. I asked the guy why did he charge me $20 when he only patched 1 tired. He stated that they took off the front tire so they charged me for that as well. At no point in the initial conversation was I informed that I would be charged for taking off the front tire even if there wasn’t a hole to be patched. Which I don’t mind paying for them to check my tire, but for them to charge me $10 and nothing was done to my tire is ridiculous. After going back and forth with the first guy, he called over another guy who then proceeded to tell me that “it’s too cold to be checking tires for free” as if that’s not their job. I will not be coming back to this establishment nor will I recommend anyone else to do so. They exercise unethical practices and charge you based of off how cold it is outside I guess.

Man these guys really are the best they make sure you leave satisfied n with a smile on your face cause you got exactly the tires n rims you wanted thanks amigos definitely will be doing more business with ya ???

They were fine at first. I used dtown to change 3 of my tires. But then I went to get my tires balanced and rotated at discount tires and they told me one of the studs were placed incorrectly/forcibly which resulted in it being broken smh now I have to pay extra $$ to get it replacedThere was also another time where they lost the tire cap for the same exact tire but then they gave me a replacement so I guess that’s fine.

I normally would take my vehicle to "The Tire Discount Shop" but l will now take my business here. I found out that all l had was a nail in my tire, but was told by TDS it unrepairable and l needed 4×new tires.These guys fixed the tire in 5 minutes and only charged $5.The truth gets my return business!
