I honestly do not understand the rudeness and the terrible customer service that the pharmacist and staff have. They are supposed to be in the medical profession. They deal with medication to help people, but it takes an art of war to get your prescriptions, but never without a poor customer service attitude. If you don’t like the profession you have chosen, find a new one and stop taking it out on the patients!! Why is the drive thru never open? Do they truly realize how difficult it is for people to get out of their car, walk to the pharmacy, and stand in line for 30-45 minutes? CVS! Get it together, please!

My mom had the WORST EXPERIENCE HERE,Not only is the girl who assisted her unwilling to help her in Spanish and telling her she did not have her medication.She call me and drive back to ask in English to ask if she can tell what address her medication was sent to anther girl who is non-Hispanic came and was able to give her medication.The 1st girl who claimed she did not speak Spanish came to the window speaking Spanish and saying that my mom was giving her the wrong date and that’s why she did not want to give her her meds ?♀️You can tell when people feel miserable after Johnson, don’t want to help others, she’s definitely one of them.

This is very bad, how is it possible for them to open at 10 when there may be many people who need their medicine early? Someone could be dying because they don't have their medications and CVS opening at 10 as if it were a clothing store or a taqueria. ?? barbers better be open early

Possibly the worst pharmacy experience ever. Pharmacist on duty was not only unknowledgeable (I knew more about pharmaceutical laws in the state of Texas than he did) but completely unprofessional. The pharmacy clerk wasn’t any better and the manager couldn’t have been more unhelpful if she’d tried. It’s scary that group of people are responsible for any aspect of healthcare. Their low rating on here is not surprising. We immediately moved our business elsewhere.The CVS location at the corner of Mayfield and Collins in Arlington is a thousand times better. They’re very nice, super helpful, and know what they’re doing. When you’re not feeling well or need help or advice, that level of service and care are what you need.

How such a big business like CVS has the drive thru system down but if you go inside then the system is working, your prices are very high so invest some of it in the clients satisfaction and run it properly

Terrible pharmacy, I switched my family meds here because I just wanted to use the drive thru,pick up n go, now the drive thru is always close, very annoying to go inside to stand in a long line to pick up.

Went to pick up a prescription today 7-6-23 at 4pm drive thru window had cardboard boxes covering it? Went inside they 5 five people working in the pharmacy with only one register supposedly working from what I was told. The ENTIRE STAFF OF YOUNG LADIES WAS LAUGHING AND GIGGLING with 7 people in line waiting.

The pharmacy is the worst and they are so slow. Drive through line you will have t wait at least 20mins so just go inside. I thought drive through is suppose to be for convenience. Definitely not.

I went through the drive thru to pick up my prescription. The window was blocked with multiple "drive thru closed" signs. I went after their lunch time around 2pm so I was confused. I got off and walked in instead. Wait wasn't too bad, maybe like 10 minutes max? Anyways, the pharmacist was telling the staff to take down the signs because they could get in trouble which again, I was confused because why would they put the signs up? Weird. Everything else was pretty average.

This pharmacy isn't any good They never have your medication out on time and they always open late and close early Just take the store hours down so you can do whatever you want instead of having people come in and waste their time

Very rude female manager, I like the floor staff but if you're white or light skinned they can't tell you apart from one person to the next. Kinda racist and very intolerant seems to be a theme.CVS Ymas seems to translate to ghetto, not coming back here again.

Refused to give me change unless I bought something the Spanish female manager was so rude and very not understanding first she told me give me one minute and she went inside the office and not even a second she came back out and told me no no no no no with her fingers up and down she says over and over I thought she was going to help but she said unless I bought something wow but her neighbor gave me change which I will definitely do business with them

I dont ever leave reviews but I have to say I had the most horrible experience at this location on 8/18 around 7pm. There was three ladies working upon my arrival. Two of which I see are described in another review. I had an Amazon return and what id usually do is take it to UPS but they were closed so I seen that CVS was an option. Mind you, I have never taken an Amazon return to a CVS before so I was clueless but I HAD to return it before friday. I took it up to the counter, the items were in a bag but weren't sealed. The older white skinny lady with glasses said "Oh no, this has to be ready to go in order for me to take it" As im waiting for her to explain what "ready to go" means she ABRUPTLY gives me back my bag and walks away. So I walk toward the older hispanic woman with glasses and ask her if she has tape that i can use to seal the bag, she says "No we dont just keep tape in reach" (sarcastically) I look over the counter and CLEARLY see tape! So I say, "I cant just use that?" She says "Im not trying to gate keep tape, " hands me the tape and says "HERE! IM NOT GONNA DO IT FOR YOU" I was very disappointed with the amount of attitude I received that day. BY FAR the most ghetto people I have ever seen working for a CVS. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills, they need to be fired. I will say that the third lady who actually scanned in my package because the other lady said she wasnt going to do it, which was also hispanic, had an accent was a little more friendlier but still not the kind of hospitality you would expect. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN. Considering there jobs ARENT needed in this great world of technology and online orders, you would think they would appreciate their roles a little more.

8/11/2022 @ 12:39 The cashier in the first was extremely nice and great smile. She greeted me and we had a nice conversation while she checked me out. She even took time to explain to me about the 2.00 buck that prints out on the receipt. I noticed that that when I set my purchased items down to use the bathroom out came two female police officers. I AM not sure if they thought I was going to steal something. I’m not going to play the race card but I felt very uncomfortable. I find it very sad that as a Minority I’m still not safe to go anywhere. Nevertheless other than that my experience at this location was great. I think I’ll be boycotting yet another location. The white female officer even posted up right at the door watching me as I checked out. Thank Yahweh that I walked out alive and well. This is a sad world that we live in and it doesn’t even have to be this was. Why Stereotype every person of color , I’m sure they missed the real Thief from watching me.
