Very poor pharmacy delivery staff as they did not even attempt to knock on my door or even even get off the car, while we were waiting for medication. Will be filling prescriptions elsewhere..

I do not recommend filling prescriptions at this location. The staff and pharmacists are often unprofessional and discourteous. On multiple occasions, they have attempted to withhold my medications if I try to pick them up one to three days early, despite the Walgreens app notifying me that my prescriptions are available. This discrepancy between the app and pharmacy policy creates unnecessary frustration for customers. Clear messaging such as, “This medication is not available for pickup until [date],” would prevent confusion, but currently no such clarification is provided.
Most recently, I received a notification that one of my prescriptions was ready, only to be told by the pharmacy—incorrectly—that it had already been picked up. When I tried to clarify, the staff member interrupted, laughed, and then contradicted herself. Even after I explained the recurring issue with the prescription being sent to the wrong pharmacy, she dismissed me, stated I was “too early,” and continued laughing in a condescending manner. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when dealing with sensitive medical needs.
I reported the incident to the store manager, who explained that some staff are on loan from other locations. While I appreciated his willingness to look into it, the pattern of unprofessionalism and poor communication has been consistent across visits.
For these reasons, I will be switching pharmacies. This location needs significant improvement in customer service, professionalism, and accuracy when handling prescriptions.
*PS The medication is for Gabapentin. It’s like not like I’m requesting some level 4 narcotics to be filled a couple of days early. I washed some of the pills that I’d placed in my jeans pocket inadvertently. My question is, why was it ready to be picked up there, yet all of a sudden there was an issue with this pharmacy? Make it make sense.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service, dont turn in any photos or cameras here. I turned in my disposable camera for them to process the photos and they told me i would get a message in about 1-2 weeks. Its important to mention that from the beginning to the end of my interaction with the worker i turned my camera in to, the worker was on her phone not even making eye contact with me, and was channeled more in her phone conversation then doing her literal job. I filled out the envelope with my information, and she just threw my camera in there, leaving it to the side of the check out counter. I never got a message for my camera after the 1-2 week mark so i went back in person to ask for an update, and this new worker i talked to told me that i was guaranteed a message and told me to just wait for it. another week goes by and still no message, so i call the store and the person that answered looked on their system and informed me that it was never even sent in to begin the processing. They ended up finding the envelope with my number and name in one of their cabinets WITHOUT the camera. i am BEYOND livid that the worker i turned in my camera to didnt do her job right, completely in her own world, so now im supposed to do what? they didnt correct her work ethic, and its probably done a disservice to so many customers. my $30 value worth of my camera is probably in a dump somewhere. please DONT take your valuable photos here, OR anything of the sort, they wont take care of it, and they wont treat you with priority when it comes to customer service.

Poor communication, they put out sales ad mark down on items hours before the sale and will not honor the markdown prices shown.

This is by far the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here it’s something. I went through the drive thru and they tell me “you have to come inside because we don’t have that insurance in our system” I say sure no problem. My next visit through the drive thru they tell me the EXACT SAME THING!! So again, I go inside. Their system is obviously resetting. I shouldn’t have to keep updating the SAME insurance every visit.
Now, another terrible visit. The automated system calls when my prescriptions are ready. I get to the pharmacy, ITS NOT FREAKING READY!! So I asked “why do you guys keep blowing my phone up if my prescriptions aren’t even ready” and they look at me so dumbfounded. They then tell me to come back at 3pm. I get there at 4pm. She tells me my total without insurance. Im used to paying for my prescription because I know my insurance doesn’t cover it. Well I guess my insurance is covering it now because she tells me it’s free if I use insurance but I’d have to get back in line. I screamed!! Because this is already my second time coming back here and there’s 5/6 cars behind me in each line. Heck no I’m not getting back in line. I’m switching my pharmacy because I literally CANNOT!

CVS is great in more ways than one. The pharmacy gets really busy and has long waiting. But on the other hand, ALL pharmacy’s are busy during flu seasons. So I don’t have any complaints. My savings are great compared to Walmart. And Staff is really helpful, professional & extremely kind and friendly. All this a recipe for a great business CVS.

The slowest and most inept pharmacy I’ve ever used. Twice this week I went to pick up prescriptions and it had not been run through my insurance. Have had same problem with this pharmacy a few times I don’t know what the issue is but they are not a good pharmacy. They need to get it together, today i waited in drive through at the pharmacy for 48 minuets while they figured it out.

THEO IS OUTSTANDING!!! His customer service comes from the heart which adds a layer of gold to an already great service! I had first ordered a product online and it got canceled due to being sold out literally everywhere. I called to see if there were any other options since my daughter was diagnosed with the flu and this product helps if you get started immediately. He told me the next day they were getting a shipment in and he would personally call me to let me know when it was available. I received a call the next day from a sweet girl named DIANNA letting me know that the shipment did not come in, but that Theo found some at another store and personally drove there to pick them up for me. My jaw dropped. Its chilly and foggy out and Theo traveled out regardless. Nowadays, most people would've had the other store put it on hold and have the customer drive there which is still great customer service. BUT THEO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH THAT ADDED LAYER OF STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This creates loyalty! Theo is for sure a valued asset and I hope he's treated as one!
