Received the absolute worst service from a so-called manager who can't even be old enough to drink but is obviously under the influence of something. I will never ever shop Crocs for anything ever again. Returning the Christmas gift that my daughter's been begging me for for a year because I want nothing to do with this company

Putting a 3 star only because one of the employees there was super nice and very helpful. I had two transactions one for me and one for a family member (separate), the representative helping me turned around and told the other representative that was beside her if she wants to handle the transaction with my family member because she knew they had a question about one of the prices and said she will tell them it was an error. I then told her that family member is with me and I was doing all the questions, I told her I wanted to ask her why the shoes we are purchasing have two different prices an orange sticker that showed $59.97 and the white sticker for $79.99 she kept saying it was an error and kept saying the shoe goes for the price of the white sticker, she even printed out a new white label for the price of $79.99 again and placed it on top of the tag once again , I told her it’s not okay to have the shoe for a lower price and then sell it for more, if it was an error it should have never been out on the floor to begin with, mind you this is Black Friday weekend, you would think you’re getting a fair price. NOPE she did not want to respect the orange price sticker I showed her so I had to pay the full price of the white sticker. Save yalls bucks!! The deals they have going on are a rip off. I’m not the person to put reviews, but I had to for this one and it’s sad because I love crocs.

Every single time I go the employees are so rude & not helpful at all. I asked about the buy 5 gibits get 2 free and the lady was like HUH all loud & looked at me like I just cussed at her or something. I’ve given this place 3 times seeing as to how my kids love crocs but I’d rather shop online & not have to deal with the unpleasantness of the employees.

I called at 12 around Lunch to ask if they had my size 8 in the echo storm Black, a representative name Miriam said she did and would put them on hold for me...I told her I got off work at 5-when i arrived they said they didn't hav it! I imagined they sold it! I was very disappointed- Very poor customer service.
