We go in to get my phone fixed and we been standing there for awhile but than we tell her we Beena standing and than she rolled her eyes ? and helped other customers But doesn't help uand was being rude. A couple of weeks later I keep getting no caller id calls so than we call and we been waiting on the line for a while so than she answered and we asked her if we can change the number and we say we can go and pay at the cricket but she says no and call the police and call them back so than we ask to speak to the manager and she says that there's no manager so we ask again and the manager was being rude to. Worst experience ever.

Had to go by a get some help with my phone. Juana was very patient to this senior citizen. I definitely would recommend this place for your wireless system.
