The scents emanating from fellow travelers (and long empty elevators) strangely coincided with droopy eyes and smiling faces. One shouldn't have to sacrifice their budget to avoid exposure to such experiences by selecting higher priced accommodations.

The Hotels location is extremely helpful when you need to be close to the airport, and run errands in Dallas and Fort Worth areas. Very Clean Rooms Check in and out process was a breeze, the complimentary 24hr Coffee availability very helpful and needed. Highly recommend if looking for a place to stay in DFW.

The employees at the hotel especially the females were rude.Noteworthy details: Staff were rude and spoke to customers impolitely. You have to go downstairs to get your own towers for your room, it's been weeks and I still haven't my deposit

This is the worst experience that I’ve had at hotel in years.The comforter in my room was disgusting, covered in stains. It looked like someone ate Cheetos and then rubbed their hands all over it. I obviously requested a new one, and was brought a torn up comforter with even more stains. Needless to say, I went out and bought my own blanket.The floor of the room was sticky, the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed and the counters were dirty. The plug in the bathtub didn’t work.The staff was also rude and unwelcoming.There are several better, cheaper hotels all over this area. Don’t stay here.

Clean, right of the highway, and within a 2 minute walk to Holy Tacos. Wow! Bed was super comfy and bug free! ( kinda got to say that nowadays). Reasonable rates.Food & drinks: Holy Tacos. Walking distance and super good. I recommend the Pastor tacos!

As always with Choice Hotels, reliability clean, reliably affordable, and reliability convenient. We use to "treat ourselves" with higher end hotels, but why? Unless we're looking for something specific, there's really no need to. Aside from the "different" eggs and sausage at breakfast, everything else was perfectly fine. Would stay here again with no hesitation.Rooms: Quiet, clean, and comfortable with a little room stretch out.Nearby activities: All the sports stadiums and amusement parks really close by.

one of the best hotels ive been to in a while ! The hospitality was so nice and the night clerk julian made sure that i was well taken care of and even remembered my name which shows he was paying attention ! you dontt get that at most places now a days but it was definitely a warm, Nice ,and welcoming experience. I definitely will be back

I called the hotel front desk on July 4 to inform them we would be arriving after the check in time. Would that be okay and can I switch the method of payment upon arrival? The lady at the front desk was so sweet and kind and said It would be fine and they looked forward to checking us in upon arrival. Her username was btaylo0 . We check into Room #423 which is absolutely my sister and I favorite room. We were there to celebrate her turning 30 year old on July 4, 2023. I love the bathroom, shower, just the entire room, especially the bed. I was very impressed with how clean it looked and the smell was fresh and clean. The next morning my sister and I came down to eat breakfast. I ate waffles and sausage links.My sister had waffles, eggs, and sausage links. She ate her entire meal and so did I. Breakfast was 10/10. She got the shape of Texas as a waffle. I love how you tell people at check-in Housekeeping is only upon request or if you have been here 3 days or more again it's upon request. Mrs. Rosemary(General Manager), I love how you took time out of your schedule to speak with me before I left your hotel to head back to Louisiana.You run that hotel the right way with your heart, attitude, and personality shining so brightly. I'll see you soon in October 2023. The lady who checked out room username: bnadde , she was amazing and very helpful. Thank you so much to you, Mrs. Tracey , and your entire staff from the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, laundry, and maintenance. You are a true example of a "leader" and how you lead them in the right direction with God and Jesus Christ by your side through it all.Rooms: The rooms are updated, clean, refreshing, and after a very long day in the hot and sweaty heat. The room was very cold and perfect for sleeping.Nearby activities: It's way too many to list. We enjoy ourselves at Epic Indoor Water Park.Safety: I love how the parking lot is light up very well around the building. It makes you feel super safe and the camera are right there in great angle.Food & drinks: We went to awesome places in Dallas Texas and surrounding areas. My favorite restaurant right now is bayoucatseafood and Genghis Grill. If you have a sweet tooth like me. I highly recommend Cookie Society.

Nice clean rooms. Could use some better lighting. Breakfast was standard eggs, waffles, cereal, etc. 15 min ride to Terminal E. Isolated location, but I would return if back in the area.
