The Bathrooms were dirty and gross, there were chips all over the floor, and there were 5 people in line while no one was behind the counter.

Not what I expected and this is Church's Chicken so I didn't expect much. I was on lunch, this is the first time I have ever visited and they are right by my job. Rest assured it was the last time as well. I will stick to Chicken Express across the highway. I ordered the chicken tenders (3pc) with mash potatoes and an extra side of fried okra. Same meal I always get from Chicken Express. Here is the difference. Chicken was warm, mash potatoes had not taste, and the fried okra which they classify as a premium side at Church's was only about 10 fried okra for almost $3. They are located inside a gas station, this is normally not an issue but this gas station is dirty and there were flies in the building. The final kicker, not that it mattered much is they have a hand written note on the fountain soda machine that says "no refills'. LOL. I do not recommend them and will not go back.

Wow is all I can say about this place, NOT A GOOD WOW. I felt out of place as soon as I entered the door. Not welcoming at all, very poor customer service. I purchased Coors Light 16 oz (9) $15.99, I was charged on my credit card $19.99 & not given a receipt to see what else was on the receipt. I know the gentleman in front of me didn't have enough money so he stepped aside the the guy behind the counter rang up my purchase. Do the math it doesn't add up, I just wanted out of there. People beware unfriendly, crooked people behind the counter. Will not be back, and I'll let my friends know what happened as well.

I visited this location, and ordered a chicken sandwich only. Once I got back into my truck I took a bite out of the sandwich, and notice that it didn't taste like chicken but more like a Pork chop. I didn't pay it any mind but after the second bite I was surely convinced that this lady sold me a pork chop sandwich. I went back in the store, and told the lady you sold me a pork chop sandwich and not a chicken sandwich. She kept saying that it was chicken but I know for a FACT that it was a pork chop. I went against my better judgement but from here on out. I will not be returning to buy anything from this location.
