This bank froze my account on a Thursday without notice for a joint account holder that had nothing to do with me I had a substantial amount in the account and then my direct deposit hit and they held that for 8 to 14 days and said they would mail a check without any eta my family is without any type of funds and the very worst part is a was with this bank 25 years do not bank here worst worst horrible place!

Nicole, the receptionist was very polite and professional but the rest of the team needs improvement. Very long wait time. I did not feel valued. There were lots of workers sitting around at their desks chatting while the customers packed the waiting area. Only 1 person was actually working. Very disappointing. Worst location I've been to.

I thought I hated the customer service at my last two banks, but this one takes the cake! WORST follow up and customer service EVER!! I’m currently sitting here, waiting for someone to help me after 5 1/2 WEEKS of trying to open a business checking account!!!! Yes, you read that right. I can’t get a live person on the phone, so I had to come in during a small window of time I had during their business hours to see what is going on with my account. I’ve walked in multiple times to different locations, tried calling different numbers, and every time, I cannot get ahold of them, or I am told that they are not sure why it is taking so long and someone will follow up with me and they never do. TWICE I was promised by a manager that he would personally contact me with an update and TWICE he never did. If I don’t get an answer after today, I’m going to Wells Fargo. They’re lucky I’ve waited this long because I’ve been so busy, but now I’m at my wits end. Ugh!!

I am leaving this review because i come to this branch for my job business accounts. More than 20 occasions someone is in the business line with something that should be taken care of inside. I have sat in drivethru for up 45 minutes. I think the teller should tell them that’s too much you need to come inside. I was in drive thru again this morning for than 45 minutes and the person in front of me was getting bags of stuff, I think that justifies as something that should be handled inside With the profession im in I have had other business accounts with other banks, and the bank would always say if you have multiple things that I needed to come in, and that was the understanding for all business transactions. I don’t when Chase is going to make the drive thru a convenience, because as of right now it’s not.

Worst bank to bank with, closed my account without notifying me when I have a direct deposit on the way. When questioned why the account was closed teller hands me the number to call because it doesn’t “show on here”

Chase has extremely downgraded since I opened my account 10 years ago. I could barely understand the branch manager when she spoke to me. She kept moving her head side to side with an attitude as she addressed me about my concern. I had to drive to my credit union to cash my check. This would be the second horrible experience at a chase bank it seems as though they don't hire anyone with the qualifications and education to run their institutions anymore. I will be closing my account ASAP.

I have had nothing but good luck with this branch, I had some family issues that required some specialized banking needs and Marvin Gomez helped me every step of the way, called me, kept me updated and always kept in touch. We were new to the area and I didn't know anyone here and he helped out on an important matter, when I go in the tellers are nice and helpful as well. I've always had a good experience here. How he remembers me from time to time, I'll never know but it's nice to feel like they care a little more than just the numbers.
