these guys are great. GOecm put me and my shop thru hell on 3 different trucks! CATA electronics was very thorough and got the job right the first time not the 3rd! unfortunately my cores were not accepted as GoECM sends out bad cores as reman units until one sticks.Ill continue to give CATA/hitechecm business.

Was looking for an ECM computer for Dodge Ram 1500 01. It's a very hard to find ECM they only made this one for 6 months. Website was very informative very easy to use. With no junk email returning at the end of the website conversation. I recommend them they're good they're very professional and they're quick usually at 24 hour turn around. Thank you

Hands Down Great!Awesome Customer Service & Helping in Fix my Issue. Purchase an ECM yesterday & got it overnighted. Received earlier,buckled it & fired it up! Beasty! I recommend them.I DO NOT Recommend 1 Engine Control out of Fort Worth,was a Total Marathon & Im waiting for my Refund. CATA's were its @ 😎!

They sent me 3 different ECM's for my truck and all 3 failed. When we would borrow an ECM from another truck there were no problems. Tried to exchange the third ECM but was told the warranty ran out since the time period started with the first ECM?? Buyer beware!

We experienced that this place does not stand behind their products. Before, we could receive our order, Made us sign a disclosure, that pretty much stated they are not liable for anything that may go wrong. And, sure enough an Electronic Control module, that wasn't cheap, went wrong. Not once, or twice but THREE TIMES. And, it is obvious to us why they asked for the Disclosure. The final representative that I called to see if they could try to make things right, argued and didn't try at all. He expressed that they were blameless and after a long conversation.. with no resolution, I hung up. And, now I am unhappy and have to start over to get my truck fixed with a real Electronic specialist! Our opinion is this Company represents a product to PLUG AND PLAY AND THIS WAS FALSE! We wasted $1000, plus shipping costs three times, and all of our time spent! BEWARE!
