3 LADIES said my diamond cross was fake ITS REAL, said it was gold plated and fake diamonds (Moissanite) used 14k acid on 10k gold which is a mistake too. Then i went next door the First Cash pawn said my cross was real gold and real diamonds, and they told me they always have people come to them saying cash american said it’s fake and it was real DONT GO THERE!!!!

This pawnshop is bad! I tried to sell my guitar hero guitar that has the box in it. AND THEY OFFERED ME $15! THE GUITAR WAS $75-$100 And that’s how much they offer me. It was really low. so I said no.

Worst pawnshop experience. First and last time going to this location. I went there to get a loan for my computer. The girl that was there to do business was rude, incompetent and very very unprofessional. I have an All -in-one HP desktop that I was planning on pawning for a few bucks for gas and stuff, I wasn't expecting a lot so I thought I would at least barrow about $50 bucks which is reasonable for what I had, which was worth over $600. Wasn't old, it was up to date we with Windows 10 pro. Well the girl offered me $3.. and she was serious. When I told her no she went off on me. Man I got outta there quick.. won't ever get my business I promise

When you walk in they are friendly no matter the time of day, but I have been using them for 10+ years. My I. D. has been expired for going on a year, but I have been able to pawn things and get them out during this duration. Today the lady said I was unable to get my belongings without the pawn ticket and an additional person, although I have been getting my items and pawning items with this same form of identification. They are picking and choosing when to abide by the rules based on people's appearance or ethnicity and that can be seen as discriminatory.

Terrible service, the person who works there... arrogant and despotic... I will never return to this place... I do not recommend this place at all, they are very expensive and the things are useless and when people go to pawn they simply say " "I'm not interested in what you bring."

Have to bring 18k gold in to store just to see what they would pay..Umm its 18k so what do you pay on the g for 18k? Seems iffy if cant tell you what they pay for gold.Think they go by what you look like as to what they will pay thats why they want you to come in to store before they tell you what they will pay you.The price of gold is the price of gold.

During the pandemic I had a pawn loan with them. They did not give me a call to let me know that my pawn loan was ready to default and they were going to sell my item. Not considering that I was off work a few weeks and the store was even close at some point. All in all, Very Careless!
