“We got stranded in Dallas over this awful winter storm Elliot, Southwest and every transportation company at the airport truly left us and thousands of people with no options to get home. A girl at another Avis location in Grand Prairie told us our Avis reservation somehow wasn’t available and basically told us to leave and figure it out somewhere else. She rudely sent us here to this location off 360 and the incredible man (who has worked for Avis for 38 years!) was our absolute hero and got us a car. We didn’t get his name but he was a wonderful gentleman who saw we were about to end up lost here over Christmas and helped us out. Thank you thank you thank you to the only kind and helpful person in all of Dallas today. ❤️”

“Had 2 Budget location experiences. Night and day difference. The first time I came to this location I walked in the door 20 minutes before close with no reservation. The woman working got me into the last car available & took the time to explain the options, despite her shift ending & being held over by yours truly.
The only issue was a tire that lost air, when brought to their attention it was immediately rectified. They also gave me the option of a different vehicle honoring the original price. Very happy with my experience”

“The African American guy at the I-20 and grand prairie location (forgot name sorry) with glasses is a excellent rep for your enterprise company...he is very kind and helped me with a white Nissan which after I loss my vehicle in a car accident...progressive and this gentlemens service was the absolute best...I totally RECOMMEND this location...”
