Budget suites, this is people who stay here. Need the clean nasty rooms. Roach's is Really bad here.And this problem is brought on by people bringing roaches Whit them, here You can't cook or take a shower with roach there.Budget Suites you got to figure out something to get rid of the roaches.

? These motels are HORRID!!! AND the location to this one SUCKS because it is far from everything and the convenience store next to it doesn't stay open 24hours! The rooms are like apartment style living which isn't bad at all and they are not that expensive.Noteworthy details: Oh there are two sections basically it's a section close to where the office is and then there's a section (I guess I'll say towards the back or farther in) if you don't want to deal with hearing things (or if you have children) you DO NOT want to stay back there AT ALL! Just know there are a lot of adult things that happen cause it is far away from the office

This place is cool if your trying to get on your feet I have my way of getting rid of pests on my own so I don’t have that problem, my main issue is that it’s way too many kids for them not to be able play outside even if one adult is present or even if they’re right outside your own door. These are kids like what ? The drugs and drug trafficking should be handled not these babies and I’m not talking teens I’m talking kids and these people driving like they lost their minds. I’ve came and went with this place but as far as being “strict” I think they’re being “strict” on the wrong things. And I’ve reported my neighbors multiple times and they have done nothing

Place is horrible roach trap we were given a broken bed and smelt like mold and mildew. Then after payment they filled up a felony from 1996 which is is over 25 years ago and kicked me out. Tried towing my car even though I was in the right parking spot.. staff is rude and disrespectful. Kicked me and my 75 years disabled wife who has dementia in the middle of a ice storm in 2023. We still have 2 days I had paid for no return on my deposit either. They threw all my belongings in a dumpster while I was at work

My experiences at this location has not been the best , the customers services is horrible . Your representative , not all representatives are very incompetent, unprofessional and very unrelated able. My Unit since day one the a stove with only three burners working and multiple work orders. do they stove have a shortage in . Roaches lives inside my stove , my cabinets where I store my food. My sink was linking since day one after multiple room inspection was fixed until 12/14/2023. My unit has mold in kitchen cabinets, and the bathroom tub . Chip paint in the tub . I can complain all day about your property . With that being a aid I was serve a notice to vacate the property do to violation of rules and regulations on 12/13/2023, I’m trying to understand when it’s a lot a code violations in my room . The manger Michael didn’t like my delivery and how I confronted the situation . but I had ever reason to be upset I pay $1300 a month to live under these conditions . No I didn’t disrespect him or verbal abuse as he said . He stated I was being aggressive !!! No I was very upset . When after him calling me aggressive and verbal abusive. I stated to him why do white people say black people are aggressive with they don’t like what we are say stay facts and truthfully expressing my self . Than he said called him racist. Which I never did . It was ok for him to be aggressive with me and be Dismissive to me . I tried to speak upper management in the which was you , since he told you in truthful facts you choose not to speak to me either . LAMARA is weird and gives off fake vibes. I’ve stayed at another located for 1 year never had any issues. Today I called and told LAMARA that I would be coming in today to pay my rent by 4pm because that’s when I would be getting relieved from work. She said okay no problem then told me she would see me at 4. My girlfriend got off of work early and went home sick she didn’t feel well so when she went home shortly after I called the door was locked by management? It was only 15 minutes passed due time which is 12 and I called around 10am so I’m confused as to why that was even necessary if I said that I was coming?

Only stay here if you dont have any other options this place is the freaking worse! I dont know where to even start!!! Manager lied about when the room would be ready just to get my money because the do not do refunds! The manager some old white guy who says anything to get money out of you! They are not nice! The place is smelly theres alot of drug activity, roaches, and unsupervised kids runnind and screaming everywhere!! I never received my deposit amd I will never understand why when it was in better shape when I left! Tv had a shortage in the cable cord the smell in the room is so bad Its traumatizing DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT NEED TO! They do imspections and will be all in your things!

I've used this location several times when in between places and never had an issue. This last time was different. I couldn't get rid of the roaches no matter what I did. And there was a camera attached to the blinds in my room (see attached). I closed the blind to cover the camera, but felt like there were more. The front desk staff is amazing, but there's a breakdown in trust with the maintenance team.

Please believe you cannot escape the roaches here. No matter what. No exterminator, no powder, no roach trap, can make them go away for good. That's literally the worst part about this place.

If you are displaced or need something fair in the DFW this will work temporarily. They change the prices weekly, unless you plan on being a long term tenant. We only needed for a couple of weeks. They charge a deposit, which you only get half back after check out. They invade your privacy, as in come inside your unit when you are not there. Apparently this location is better than the other one up the street; which is what I over heard the security guard saying. When we checked out, and when we went to get our last things. The housekeeper was inside using our cleaning products. We asked why they were inside and it was 10:15 am and check-out was at 12 p.m. they said we went inside and did not see anyone. I only recommend this place as a last resort.Safety: Police rode through daily and security was always on the property.
