I had a bad experience there, one of the staff members was very mad just because I unfold one of the shirts to see if it fits my size !!!I don’t know why they are selling their products If they don’t want anyone to see their stuff !!!! It makes sense why their store was empty of customers.

Called at 5PM and asked them to put something on hold, said I’d be in there that evening. They said they closed at 7PM. I drove 45 mins from Dallas and arrived at 6:30PM. Door was locked and they closed. 30 minutes early after I had called shortly before. Very irritated. Hour and a half of my day wasted.

Really great prices and customer service to help find and fit the right styles and size shirts. Definitely recommend the outlet before paying full price at a regular Brooks Brothers especially if getting "timeless button up collar work shirts."
