July 2023 I ordered 12 custom hats for over $230.. fast forward almost 10 months later and still nothing. No updates. No shipping numbers. Nothing. I just want my money back but the owner continues to ignore my emails. Terrible experience all around.

Jay at Big Bang did a wonderful job on my shirt and sign order. From designing a full color full printed shirt that was amazing for my nieces graduation to a sign for my business that over exceeded my exceptions with not only design but installation as well price I would highly recommend him for any and all of your printing needs.

Since 2018 my family used the service of bigbang printing for three different family members,no problem. This 4th time,was the worst decision we could have made.If they didn't have the time to really do our programs,my family would have appreciated them saying NO.WORST PROGRAMS EVER.WE DIDN'T GET WHAT WE PAYED FOR.WORST PROGRAMS.NEVER AGAIN

If only I could give ZERO stars! Absolute worst customer service ever!! After placing paying and confirming then getting the run around for a week about the completion and delivery the owner Jay lies, says he completed the order and can deliver Monday. Shirts weren't delivered Monday and I was blamed for not calling him early enough in the day to put the order in his car for deliver. It's Tuesday, reminder call 11:30a Jay responds with an I GOT YOU... 4p follow up nothing...7:30p follow up nothing. Finally 10p follow up Tuesday night he follows up minute later and says that his cousin / driver would be delivering the order the next Wednesday. I'm guessing that asking for a time for delivery was seen as me being a pest or bothersome customer, because the next communication was advising me that I had been refunded for my order. Now if the order weren't important that would have been my initial request after the 3rd and 4th delay. I'm guessing the order was never completed as it was too easy of a solution. Mind you this past May I referred this company to 3 other families for their services and they had little to no problems. This is why it is so difficult to support growing black businesses, no honesty or integrity in the work or customer service. Thanks for the disappointment I'll be sure to tell a friend to tell a friend.
