Soooooo many better and more updated options right down the street. Apartments need to be updated for the ridiculously high rent they charge. May look decent on first glance but once you move in you find that the breezeways are always nasty, the apartments are old and outdated. Mine was not clean when i moved in. Nothing works, they love to stick bandages on things but never actually fix anything. And get this, for $2700 a month, i had to lay my own grass in the yard. RIDICULOUS!!! Actually terminating my lease early because I cannot take it anymore. Love to stick erroneous fees on your account. Look elsewhere, not a place to call home which is unfortunate because the Epic is very nice.

Joseph was an amazing leasing agent throughout my whole application process and leading up to move in! He was very patient and helpful with me. Only reason I’m giving 4-stars instead of 5 is because my move-in day wasn’t as smooth as I had hoped, but I’ll chalk that up to me needing to have special accommodations made. The complex is great, the residents seem friendly, and I’m looking forward to my time here!!

I moved from California to Texas and was looking for places to live, this place really caught my eye. The management are super nice and the apartments are very well up-to-date. I loved it the first time I toured the apartments and was very pleased with all the amenities and the area.

I have been living at Bexley since the property opened, and I love it! The office and maintenance staff are personable and attentive. Shout out to Joseph!!!The property is well maintained and the location is superb.

The Bexley made the application process extremely easy! They were able to let us know right away about approval, and also made it known that they would work with us if needed. The complex is clean, safe, and welcoming with an ideal small community.

Joesph was very helpful. The process was faster than I expected, and this helped my partner and I tremendously at a time we needed it most. I would highly recommend looking into Bexley Central Park if you are new to the area.

If I could give this complex ZERO stars I would.I am never one to give a review but if this saves someone the headache they will gain from moving into this complex so be it.This was one of the WORST apartment complexes I have ever lived in and I should have ran after my first lease term ended. I am so thankful to have moved out of this place and advise you to think twice before renting here. The reviews about how gross this complex is, is true. No one keeps up with the property enough to make an impact. Majority of the dog owners here do not pick up after themselves, including the dog playground. And just in general no one seems to care about leaving trash laying around. . The hallways and stairways are disgusting - I was told they clean each building 1x a week but that was false as I saw trash in the hallways sitting for months.When it came to my records being correct, there was always an issue. I had to correct them SEVERAL times on the same things. One instance being my rent renewal and amount. So double check your paperwork if you choose to sign a lease here.I have a whole record of every instance I had to deal with. I was put in a position where I decided to transfer units because the management team failed to do anything about the violent upstairs neighbors in the first unit I lived in. And was told I had to pay the transfer fees, after asking if the circumstances would be considered and have those fees waived I was just told no. So stuck between a rock and a hard place, I paid to transfer. I should have ran after that but I kept giving them chance after chance hoping things would improve and they never did. After transferring the horrible experiences continued as I had a new set of issues to deal with that came with the yard I paid extra for to occupy and it was never fully dealt with. It was in very poor shape and never improved. I eventually just gave up and was SO excited to find an actual property who cares about the experience their tenants have.Rule of advice - think twice before renting here.

They would be 5 stars, but, It seems the club house and stuff won’t be available until late this year. Hallway always smells like trash and garbage, people leave their trash out on days when is not picked up and it just rottens for 48 hours. Trash policy is not enforced whatsoever. They should do some incentives for not having any amenities. Lowered my review to 1 star. Nothing has been done to keep the place clean. The other reviews about all the common areas being nasty is true. They don’t clean the stairwell or hallways. Is just nasty all around. 4th of July and the pool is freaking closed without any notice or reason. Don’t move here. Is not worth it

It’s not worth the money. $1650 for 692 sq ft 1 bedroom. Police constantly knocking on my door about violent neighbors fighting. Leasing office calling me while I’m at work several times to ask me about my neighbors behavior. Items stolen from my storage unit. Apartment was filthy at move in. Breezeways and staircases are disgusting. I was sold on the amenities that closed shortly after I moved in and have been closed for 6 months no gym. This place is too expensive to be so poorly taken care of. They should consistently clean common areas instead me having to put in a work order because shared stair cases are filthy

I have been renting here for almost 2 years and i am very satisfied with the apartment and especially with the maintenance team. They have always been so considerate especially that i have a new born. They try to come only when my baby is awake.One time the dishwasher broke and the maintenance guy had to fix it using some very loud noisy vacuum, and he noticed that my baby was afraid and crying, so he took the dishwasher outside the apartment and fixed it out where it took more than 4 hours. I really appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately i dont know his name to mention. But i truly thank him.
