I purchased some shingles from this location. Unfortunately, my roofer couldn’t put the shingles on my roof until a couple of months later due to his work obligations. Once he did come to replace the shingles, that was when I learned I was given the wrong shingles! I attempted to change them at this location (where I purchased them) but was told that the “lady boss” did not authorize the exchange! I was furious! They offered to dispose the shingles (yeah right) and for me to purchase the correct ones. I went ahead and purchased the “right” shingles. I called the Ft. Worth branch on Lancaster. The branch manager, Daron, was extremely understanding, compassionate and offered excellent customer service, agreed to exchange the shingles. When I went to do the exchange in Ft. Worth, it was extremely easy, no drama and everyone was super nice! I took the other shingles I purchased from this location back. Not only did he come out to check to make sure I wasn’t returning the other shingles (which were they incorrect ones), they had the nerve to charge me a restocking fee!!! If you need shingles, please drive the extra miles to the branch at 5328 E Lancaster Ave. Ft. Worth, TX 76112. A nice friendly customer-oriented branch.

Part of the beacon family.To the preson who gave a 1 star because they purchase material and waited 5 months for the roofer.This is a horrible roofer - not supplier. 5 months is old for shingles. Never should except returns that old. Your roofer waited 5 months. What roofer does that.. Sounds like you have a few guys calling them selves roofer. WE have 13 crews. WE install 13 homes daily. This is just residential side.Material is Always delivered the day the roof is replaced. Not a day sooner.At any point, someone should have looked at the shingles you purchased and have the supplier pick them up if wanting to exchange.The other location you provided, 10 miles away and is owned by the same company. Beacon.

The staff here is great to work with. My prices are spot on. My rep there (Dan) has terrific customer support skills, in fact everyone at this office has been very helpful to growing my business. I wouldn't buy from any other supplier. Any mistakes they fix immediately. I have never once had an issue they didn't solve without me asking. Great company!
