I think I was supposed to stay on the phone for the survey but I didn’t realize until I hung up. So I’m leaving this review. Thank you to the woman that just helped me over the phone. I’m new to this hospital and have had a great experience so far. Thank you!!

Amazing staff and great doctors! I was in need of a new primary care doctor and decided to give this location a try. From the moment I walked in, all 3 staff members at the front desk were very welcoming and smiling -- that's always a good sign to me! Suzie made my first experience very welcoming, and I love her admiration for sunflowers (when you visit, you will see). Carla R was helpful in assisting me and was very prompt with my check in. I've seen Dr. Soni twice so far and I've decided that I'll be sticking with this location. She is very informative and had great references for any further care that I've needed. I was provided with paperwork that contained helpful tips for staying healthy, and ways to improve my health. I feel heard, understood and know that I'm in great hands here.

Horrible. I came for my appointment and I was told it was 155.44 for a new patient. Then, 5 minutes later, the same bimbo lady told me it was $246.00, even after I paid my $155.44. She could not scan my ID and they could not refund my $155.44 unless they call the corporate office. What screw balls. Incompetent staff and money hungry. I saw the pictures of the doctors and it appears they were imported from overseas. Biggest trend in America.

Came here and they had me pay 25. Just for them to say I have to go to an obgyn. Couldn't they say that from the beginning when I filled out the paperwork. A waste of time and money

The WORST experience I had was with this so called medical facility. In more than one incident they called my on the (long-awaited) appointment date, a few hours before the scheduled time to tell me that they had to reschedule. This happened to me more than once. It's okay if I wanted to have my hair cut or a spa but I am sick and desperate to be seen by one of the providers. They simply call you telling you that they're sorry and reschedule you for another appointment after another two months. Stay away and go to a more reliable center.

This place is absolute joke since all the old doctors left. Came in for the WALK IN after hours clinic and got told it was full with no one sitting in the lobby. I do not understand how a walk in clinic can be full. Use to be able to walk in and get seen but now not so much. My advice would be to call before you waste your time and gas going up here.

I am a patient of Dr. Toure and she is amazing. She takes great care of me and my daughters. The way she listens to my concerns and delivers is amazing. Her nurse Lacrecia is caring and thorough. But I must say that Jazzy at the front desk is the BEST!! Definitely an asset!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called this morning to see if I could get an appointment and was told there wasn’t anything available. I was told, however, that as long as I was there before 7:30 I would be seen. I got there at approximately 6:10 and was told she would have to ask if I could be seen. The lady that came out of the back was RUDE AS HELL telling me I wouldn’t be seen. The clinic is empty so obviously I asked why and she said they were double booked. I told her I went by what I was told and had left work early to be seen. DO BETTER AND MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE IS GIVING ACCURATE INFORMATION! I previously have had no issues with this particular office but after this I will no longer visit!

I was able to get a same-day appointment with Dr. Ahmed when my regular doctor(s) were not available. From start to finish, my experience with this clinic was excellent! The front desk staff was friendly and professional, the clinic was clean and spacious! The nurse was attentive and respectful. Dr. Ahmed was a blessing to work with. She listened to all of my questions and concerns and did not try to rush me out the door once! She went above and beyond to help me with my issues and made me feel seen and heard. All of my needs were met today, I will be returning to this clinic! Thank you Dr. Ahmed & staff!

If I could give a zero I would. I have been going to Baylor Riverside longer than the doctors that are there now. A revolving door. Scary. The lady's at the front desk are great and do everything they can to get you in. I saw Dr Toure today a complete waste of time. Save your money and self medicate which is what I did before today and am still. She did nothing to help me. I have a respiratory infection which will probably become a sinus infection. The most frustrating experience I have had in all the years I have been there. I already know to take Tylenol and drink tea with honey what else you got? I know my body and what works and what don't. Listen to your patients.

Went through urgent care…saw dr. Tessa was diagnosed with Covid…asked for steroid shot did not get one…did not get any cough medicine…was told to take ibuprofen and should have been advised to take Tylenol…she seemed to lack experience…was the worst visit ever and I have been going there for 10 plus years…not feeling better and it’s been 3 days…have to go through ER and should not have to…very unhappy with this visit
