Took my battery to this location,to have it check, associate stated it needed to be charged come back in an hour.. I return to pick up the battery, associate (she) stated that it was leaking battery acid. Well because I wanted my car fixed I purchased a battery assuming it was new because I paid $200 plus for it. Put new battery in may car it wouldn't start, well ended up begin my alternator, after getting alternator changed out my car wouldn't start, so they jumped started still wouldn't stay running, so the mechanic had to put a piece from a side can on the positive post for it to catch a start. Now I feeling like I was sold a OLD battery and nothing was wrong with my battery. Called up there today a the guy answered the phone act like he doesn't have a clue of what my options could be at this point, now all of sudden I'm not in their system, clearly I gave the her my phone number. TO ALL FEMALES STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! TO FEMALES

Picture this...Saturday PM, raining all day, my car won't start while at a store parking lot...a young guy offered to jump start my car and was able to drive to O'Reilly Auto Parts...I went in the store and asked the gentleman, seating in a chair, if he could check my battery, he said, no, we can't with this weather...which I understood as it had been raining all day, but it wasn't at the time...so I went next door to AUTOZONE 2105 N HWY 360 SORE #5812, yes it's actually next door. I went in, ask the guy (Austin B) if he could check the battery of my car and he immediately jumped into action...came out of the store - checked the battery - it was a bad battery - so I was able to purchase a new one...I told him that I would change it at home but my car wouldn't start again with the old battery, so he tried to jump the battery, but it did not work, so I told him I will change it right now...went inside and asked (Aaron) if I could borrow a tool to replace the battery and he immediately provided me with the tools I needed. My experience at AUTOZONE was "GREAT/MEMORABLE/WILL NEVER FORGET", my experience @ O'Reilly - "no comments". Thanks AUSTIN B and AARON - Great job tonight!
