Rental cars here are not at all good. Nissan Sentra 2019 has severe transmission issues yet the owner gives it out for rental.

We really appreciate the customer service we received from Oscar. He has been very diligent, excellent in communication, responds to our questions very quickly.
He was very transparent to us from day one. We bought the car because we liked his dealings. We feel comfortable reaching out to him any time and he takes full responsibility by going out of his way to help us out. Because of the excellent customer service, we are planning to buy more cars from them.
It was very nice meeting Sam, the owner as well. He was very welcoming. Overall a great experience. We recommend buying from Auto Haus imports.

New management with Oscar. I purchased a truck from here about a week ago. I noticed there was a check engine light on and an alignment was needed. Oscar was great, he took care of the issues. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars, is because I had to call for updates. Though each time I called, Oscar was courteous, transparent, and genuine. I would recommend this dealership!

I purchased a 2011 Chrysler 200 for my mom’s birthday 9/14/24. The next day 9/15/24 it doesn’t start…… Here we are 9/20/24 and it’s in the shop, my mechanic believes it’s the starter. I’ll know for sure soon. I’m very disappointed, as this was paid for in full. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else….. This is ridiculous and costing me more than what it’s worth…

This Dealers Hides Check Engine Light and Known Issues!
I recently visited this dealership to check out a Smart Car and noticed that the check engine light didn’t illuminate when starting the car—it's supposed to come on briefly as part of the startup process. Thankfully, I always bring my scan tool when evaluating cars, and this one had 8 active check engine codes and 19 stored codes!
During the test drive, the car hesitated and struggled to even go above 20 MPH (Dangerous!). When I reported these issues to Omar and Jose, they insisted it was "so strange" since the car had no warning lights. It was clear they were being dishonest and hiding the car’s poor condition and the need for significant repairs. They promised to fix any issues I found, but it’s the dealer’s responsibility to address problems before selling a car, not the buyer’s. They seemed more interested in pushing the car out and getting me to leave a deposit.
This dealership raised numerous red flags and I can now understand all the 1-star Google reviews. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dealership if this is the level of deceptive behavior they engage in.

Worst customer service , We went there buying car ? representative/owner I don't know who is he but he make us disappointed because of his behavior , in this I think he doesn't want sell cars. First we went his first dealership at Grand prairie then he told us go Irving location then we went there he also went there and he shows some car then he went airport after back from there he totally ignore us and he got a new customer. We think he will be back for me to us and we'll deal about the car but never he backd, he did not more respond until 4 hours we stayed there he engaged somewhere then we back home with out buying car.
