It’s quiet, newly renovated and Ms.Toye (Property manager) is constantly making improvements in order to not just maintain but exceed the tenant expectations. I’ve been here for a month and from Ms.Karla in the office to the maintenance staff who did the make ready on my apartment and back around to Ms.Toye checking in on me and sending up timely emails with updates on my account, everything has been seamless! If you need a place to start, recover, build or put down roots The Chandler is the place to be!”

“I love living here! The front office people and maintenances are awesome. They do response fast with any request. I loved going for a walk every morning with my dog around the whole apartment complex, especially since it a gated community. The amenities are great, enjoy the pool in the summer. It's a great quiet atmosphere and some neighbors are friendly. No problem with pest, since I pay monthly for pest control, why not use it. This is my first time living in an apartment since my husband passed and needed to downsize. I lived downstairs and no problems with upstairs neighbor. I don't even hear them. The shopping are great and nearby. Thanks to Valerie Olivas for her time, and helpful responses. So to me, I give them a five star, cause I feel safe here!”

My family and I had been searching for a while for an apartment had many bad experiences other places but once we met Ms. Dee all of that changed! She made us feel like we were family and we got our new apartments! Thank you so much for all your hard work!”
