Store associate Lynsey is amazing!! Her personality is so welcoming. She was very patient as I asked a million questions about pricing. She was also very informative; If she didn’t know something, she would look up the answer or go ask someone. I appreciate her wonderful customer service.

Love the customer service at this location- genuinely concerned staff supported me with understanding how to maximize my insurance coverage for glasses. Dr.Tran is an excellent eye doctor & Lupita knows her stuff when it comes to getting the most for your money and still look great! I really like my selection- I will be going back!

Came by earlier to have one of the associates help clean out the dirt underneath my lenses. Not only did this lady(short red hair) wiped out the dirt but she also tighten up the frame and replace the nose pads. Thank you very much!

This will be my third year coming to the America’s best eyeglasses. Everybody was great even the eye doctor and everything was easy and simple. I will continue coming over here next year again.

Wonderful place to come get an eye exam and get glasses! I came with my son and both of us got an exam with Dr. Tran. He was wonderful and explained everything well. The staff was great! The front desk was friendly and the sales associate who helped me was very helpful with helping me and my son find frames and explained prices very well. I would definitely recommend getting your exam and glasses here.

Absolutely horrible location. They called weeks before my appointment to get my insurance information but failed to enter it in their system. Tried to overcharge me. Slipped my copay money ($50) in her back pocket AS IM SITTING THERE WATCHING HER! Schedule at your own risk.

The 3 ? is giving to one to the main Manager, one to of their Associates Charity, and one to elthe best price package. Excellent customer service from Charity. And Excellent explanation from the manager. I am very unhappy, very frustrated thatI could not get frames with I really wanted for the sunglasses with the quoted price that I was given. And, just the day before a lady came in and was Honor her quoted price.... She very highly unfair that I was NOT Honor with the quoted that I was given. To do the right thing, I should be able to get the the sunglasses frame color that I really wanted, with the price that I was originally quoted. The frame I really wanted for sunglass is a orange & brown, reddish color... Praying America Best will do the Honorable thing and make this right.
There is something wrong with the main frames. I been into the store twice, after picking them... the main frames feels tight, with pressure, and causing lots of discomfort on the side of my head. I never had a pair of glasses that cause pressure with discomfort. I question a few times if my frames were too small, and every associate I spoken to said no.
Very strange tho...

I’ve been a customer of America’s Best for years and this location has the best staff! The Doctor was really kind and listened to all my concerns. I ended up getting two pairs of glasses that I love and I can’t wait for them to come in!

America's Best is now America's Worst! After waiting 50 minutes for my son to see the doctor, he rushed the exam and was not thorough. As he was escorting us out I brought up an issue another America's Best eye doctor found the year before, his response was if it's not bothering him he's fine. NOT oh let me take a look and see if that issue resolved itself. Quality of care is poor. Then you have to wait another 50 minutes for a salesperson to finally give you your prescription. To top it off they didn't fill the prescription out all the way so we had to come back. The person at the front insisted the missing numbers, the PD doesn't change. I kept saying he's a growing kid and she repeated over and over the PD doesn't change. I asked them to do it anyway and was told we do that if you buy glasses with us. Ummm seriously? Anyway they did and guess what, it increased significantly. I canceled my appointment and will not be back. Bottom line they don't care about your eye health or if you have the correct prescription. Worst of all they aren't looking out for your child. If you don't have time to waste and are not looking forward to asking questions and challenging people I suggest you avoid this location at all costs.
