Kelley at the cashier did not provide a confirmation of the order that was placed in store for delivery. She printed out payment receipt without any trackikg details or confirmation of delivery address. Upon asking for email confirmation, she said to call customer care and sort that out with them. Took 30 mins to check out and take payment. Need some training to be courteous with customers.

It says it opens at 11 but more like 1230.The lady that is there in the morning is super rude.I love the shoes.But the employee, the customer service, no.

The door was locked and had a sign on it that said “on a break”. Waited 30 minutes and there was someone inside stocking shoes. Made eye contact but never opened the door. Very rude.

Came on a Tuesday at 7:30 pm and the doors where locked. On their website it says they close at 8 pm so why close the store 30 minuets early? Just wanted time and gas driving up here.

I love this brand, but unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with the staff, specifically the Manager. I always used to go to this store now I don't want to go, because the manager is Racist!.Shame!

Daisha is super rude… she’s the “manager” price tag said $99 and she said it must have been from Black Friday (mind you, Black Friday was like 3 weeks ago…) did not honor the price and she said “do you want it or not” horrible service.

I visited Aldo and got a great deal on a pair of shoes. The actual price was $90, and there was a holiday discount going on 50% off. And the shoe was the last piece available at the store, the store representative said he could give me an additional discount and I got it for just $19. It was really cool.
