Customer service is the worst, January 2nd, Morning female manager has no clue how to communicate without showing blatant disrespect.

It says it opens at 11 but more like 1230.The lady that is there in the morning is super rude.I love the shoes.But the employee, the customer service, no.

The door was locked and had a sign on it that said “on a break”. Waited 30 minutes and there was someone inside stocking shoes. Made eye contact but never opened the door. Very rude.
