My experience, I had a 1100 appt time. I arrived around 1015, got a door and was unloaded no later than an hr. Guy in receiving was nice as well. No issues for me.

They will get you By appointment only I got here 1 am and docked on the door they remove me from the dock and told me to park in street my appointment was at 10 am give a dock at 11:30 but they unloaded at 12 pm

Open at 6 AM. they will unload it as soon as possible you can parking overnight.
