This station is dirty, not maintained and not managed well. The water for cleaning windshields is empty, trash all around, cups for drinks empty and only water comes out from the lemonade. Employees are standing around on phone instead of working! I won't be back.

One of my favorite stores...

Today (July 4, 2022 at approximately 7:30am) while on my way to work I stopped by to the store to purchase gas and mints. I begin to pump my gas and then walked inside of the store to purchase the mints. I was standing in line behind a skinny tall black male with dreadlocks who was having a conversation the cashier. The black male while laughing very hard turned around and walked into me. I grabbed his arm with my left hand to prevent him from continuing to walk into me. The black male became irate. He begins to elevate his voice telling me that I didn't have to grab him. I explained to him that he was at fault and that he walked into me because he was laughing hard and not paying attention. He continued on by telling me because I was a police officer with a badge or gun on that I he wasn't scared of me (I am a police officer who was in full uniform and at no point did I say anything about being a police officer nor did I act in an authoritative manner besides grabbing his arm as he walked into me). During the interaction he mentioned that he worked at the store. While making my purchase as he continued be aggressive, I ignored him to deescalate the situation. I asked the cashier for the manager's name and number, and he gave me the number to Bigyan @ 773-386-4003. I immediately walked out of the store and left the location. I called the number that was given and spoke to the gentleman that answered. He confirmed that he ran the store. He told me that he was about to pull up at the store. I returned back to the store and met the gentleman outside. While outside I begin to explain what happened and the black male came outside and became aggressive again. The manager/owner told me directly that the guy was not on duty so therefore the situation had nothing to do with him or 7-Eleven. The manager stated that he considered that to be a situation between 2 customers. I explained to the manager that the guy stated that he worked there and at the time of the incident he implied that he was at work. I explained that either way he was an employee of his and that he was on property and the guy was his problem. The manager walked off. While on my way home at approximate 12:02pm I noticed the managers car still at the location. I stopped to speak with him for a second time to explain my concerns again. Again, the manager told me that it wasn't his concern. The manager also brought up the fact that I was a police officer and that I should understand. I explained to the manager that I was at the store as a customer not a police officer and that my profession had nothing to do with the poor customer service I experienced. I explained to the manager that even though I am off of work on my way home I am still in uniform and that I am a direct reflection of my department because I was in uniform which is the same thing about the associate that was off of work but still on property and verbally saying that he worked there. The manager looked me in my face and told me "I don't care". I have been coming to the same 7-11 for over 17 years. I have had many great experiences over the years. I have even assisted store clerk in the past with an irate customer. For the manager to look me in my face and tell me he didn't care was worse the experience I had with the employee. I expected more for the manager. Customer service should be one of his biggest concerns. I am only one customer, but I spend between $300-$500 a week in gas at this location. What if that happens a couple of times a day and the other customer are like me and decide to take their business to a company that will appreciate them and their hard-earned money. This was a poor representation of what I believe 7-Eleven wants their customers to experience.

I went to get a Powerade from the drink machine and it had dirt, I told the cashier he tried to go and mix my drink with red Fanta and said it was gone? What type of service is that?
